Another bad experience of Menzies. Parcel two days late, delivered when we were out, no calling card left, no information about when we can collect it and no contact details online. My heart sinks when I hear my parcel has been sub-contracted to these guys. read more

Terrible company to have deliver a parcel. The leaflet they leave as a notification that they have not delivered a parcel did not have enough information on it to have it redelivered via the website. Would not answer emails (which I used 4 separate addresses as well as the online "contact us" form). Would not answer the phone: I tried 5 different phone numbers. Finally had someone answer the fifth number. Do NOT use this distribution center if you are sending a parcel. Do the person a favour who is receiving the parcel and use another company. read more

This a review for the awesome yard staff that helped us retrieve our suitcases that had been lost and routed through them for delivery. We needed to leave the area and therefore couldn't wait for them to be delivered. The pleasant and helpful workers interrupted there busy routine to find our luggage for us!
