They really do care about your successes and are invested in getting to know their students in order to figure out each ones individual learning styles. Rachel is beyond dedicated to ensuring that you receive tutoring on a schedule that works for you and will accommodate you to the best of their abilities. There have been times where I have needed 3+ hours of tutoring in complicated subjects (most recently, quantitative business analysis) and both her and her tutors are more than willing to provide the time and resources to do so. Clint, my tutor, is without a doubt one of the top reasons I have been able to complete my most difficult math/business related courses. Although my subjects may be outside of the traditional lower education level courses, he always makes the material graspable and translates it in a way that allows for you to apply it to more relatable topics. In addition, I leave feeling that I will be able to do the apply the topics learned on my own because of his thorough explanations. I will now be graduating from business school this spring and will forever be grateful to bright horizons for their support!

Not only did the program help HIM but helped us as parents! We learned different ways to support him in his independence and autonomy while learning to fade back our "parenting" to that which we should have for an adult child. The parent coaching has been a God send, as it's really tough transitioning from being their main advocate to teaching them to be their own advocate. They have also really supported our son in finding his career path setting him up with the right classes and volunteer opportunities to learn if he really wants to continue to what he thought his dream job was. We love CLE and look forward to more years with them.

Career development and meeting academic goals are two of the most paramount priorities they emphasize for people in the program. I've been in the program for a while now and I'm loving it, so it disappoints me that inaccurate reviews that trash CLE for inaccurate reasons can be posted. Magdalena's review says that adults have been in the program for eight years with almost no progress towards their academic goals. That's just garbage lol. Almost everyone I have known is studying what they want to study and have excellent grades which is testament to CLE

On the 6th of Jan 2026, I ordered transcripts to be sent to the board of nursing in Oregon for a job I had gotten. Today is Feb 1st and they have not sent it. 2 weeks ago I ordered a 2nd set of transcripts, they have REFUSED TO RELEASE MY TRANSCRIPTS per National Student Clearing House who they are contracted with. I have called about a dozen times, they never answer and they have never returned my call. Because of them basically stealing my money not once, but twice, I gave up my home in CA and moved to Oregon to start a job but could not because of the sole reason of them stealing my money and holding my transcripts from Natl Student Clearing House. I have been sleeping as a nurse, in truck stops because I have not been able to start any job in Oregon where I moved to because the Oregon Board need them to send what I paid for twice already. They are a bunch of morons there to hear me tell them my dire state over and over again in all the messages and still hold unto my transcripts plus ghost me. I will be looking to file a lawsuit on this dispicable Admissions & Records dept at Monterey Peninsula College. 0/5 stars for you lack of customer service.
