I have been going to Moore's since I had the misfortune of moving to Macomb in 2020. The service is…read morepolite, and the building is clean. Often, there is a wait, but it has a large waiting area. Prices are average for oil changes and other minor things I have done over the years. The location is convenient. The last time I went in was for an oil change and tire rotation. They also aired the tires or said so. I paid the bill and got out to my car to see my tire on the driver's side flat. It was packed inside, and I didn't want to mess around any longer, so I aired it myself. My checklist showed that everything worked, which was amazing since my Windshield fluid container has been broken for some time. I will continue to go there until I can get moved from this horrid area. I don't see much promise from any place around here, and this is one of the better places.

We were…read moretraveling across the country in late March 2022 and we had a problem with our vehicle that stopped us in our tracks in Fort Madison, Iowa. We were directed to Griffin's and what a blessing that was! We had 11 people and 5 dogs but the husband and wife team at Griffin's welcomed us all into their waiting area. They quickly diagnosed what the issue was and got the part ordered. Because it was not a planned stop we had no where to stay. They made some calls and got us into a hotel that was under a block from their shop. Our van was fixed the next day and we were on our way again. We all felt like these angels had been placed in our path. Thank you so much!
