When I say from start to finish the experience was first class, I mean I was blown away by all their kindness and service. Upon arrival, and after check in, while loaded down with everything a house boat needs for a week, a boat to launch, and expecting to carry many loads back and forth.... We were greeted with an incredible staff that brought golf carts to our vehicles to transport our many many items for us to the houseboat, and a team that helped up launch our own boat. WOW! To say I was thrilled and thankful would be an understatement. Mother's if you are thinking about doing this know this was heaven sent, I say book now! I have rented houseboats in other parts of the country and this type of service doesn't exist! So right away our vacation felt so much more like a vacation! Big thank you to the staff! We boarded the houseboat, was given a tour along side all the how to do items from Dan, and off we went to our destination. Just a short ride later, we were position and secured at Sugar Loaf Island. Truly a plug and play day! With amazing weather, sunsets, and glass for water we couldn't ask for more from the week spent out on the water! Pick up day was just as turn key with more help than I knew what to do with. Again their amazing staff arrived with golf carts to help us unload all the items back to the cars! Now let's talk about the even more above and beyond help these guys gave us! When trailering our boat off the water husband and I broke a bunk! Whoops!!! Being unsafe to drive home, and with one mention of our problem to the staff they immediately cleared a spot for us in their service area, hoisted our boat up with the upmost care, and changed out the bunk on the trailer with new matching carpet in no time. Again I was blown away by their care and kindness! First time I hugged a maintenance crew as I was so thankful! So in short, know that Lacey's Narrows Marina will take care of you like your first class and leave you feeling like your family when you go. Thank you Dan and crew, truly!

Rented a Tri-toon boat (with slide) for four hours…read more Facility was well organized, staff very friendly and answered all our questions. The boat was in very good condition and we all enjoyed some perfect weather with the kiddos sliding into some cool refreshing lake waters. Return was expeditious and staff helped expedite the check in. For those looking for a boat slip here, expect a 2 year wait list.

UPS did everything they could to try and ruin our weekend by not delivering the parts, and the Red River spent hours on the phone, chased a UPS driver down to ask about the parts, and even personally picked the parts up from the distribution center of UPS. 5 stars, fully recommend Red River Boating! I happen to stumble upon the place after my trailers hub assembly decided to lock up on I-30. I was able to limp the boat into the parking lot at Arkansas Marine on three tires. Although they don't work on boat trailers they were extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Thanks to them , I was able to find the parts I needed and get back on the road again. They even helped me fix it without charge. You don't find many people like that these days. If you need knowledgeable advice from an experienced marine mechanic RON is the man.
