I thought I had all my ducks in a row with our trip ending February 4th. We were going to swing by on our way back home but with limited internet access it was only until February 4th at 1:00 p.m. I thought to double check their hours. Well wouldn't you know it Saturday they are only open 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. they were closed and I was devastated to learn that I would be leaving the country without my parcel as I had not pre-arranged 24-hour pickup. I tried calling, I emailed... One final attempt, I reached out via Facebook Messenger. I spoke with one of the owner's, Vanessa, messaging back and forth. By some miracle, although they were no longer on site, she found one of their staff available, on their day off yet, to move my parcel to the 24hr pickup zone! Day Saved... I cannot thank Vanessa and their staff enough. Had I realized prior to our trip I would've made it there during business hours or prearranged the 24 hour pickup. Their fees are $6 for parcels under 70lbs. I made sure to leave extra for the trouble I caused them. Thank you so much Mike's Parcel Service for your fantastic, bend over backwards customer service! Not everyone would've gone through all that trouble for $6! I so appreciate you and will continue to recommend you to all who need your services!
