They have carpet! Nope, that's too easy. We needed carpet after the remodel and an installer I know recommended this place. Turns out we know the manager so I expected honest service, not just a salesman's pitch to make some money off of us. Even though good carpet has gotten quite expense, we got what I thought was a good deal. The installers were fast and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I'm still waiting on my warranty paperwork, but maybe a third trip to the store will get that taken care of. Carpet Warehouse carries all sorts of flooring and has a huge variety. We went in for a complete tile job done in our house including kitchen counter tops and bathroom shower tiled. The first group took 10 days to do a horrific job. They told us because the job was so bad they would redo it for us. This time the tilers where quick tempered and titty babies. Trying to talk to him was impossible. He also tried to charge us for taking a shower head off for $ 75 and $75 to put it back on. I said no and he did it anyway and completely un did everything our plumber had just done. Then they destroyed our yard, broke our toilet, messed up plumbing we have to fix, cut tile inside our house and it is filthy. They also loaded our house trash can with their tile and no one is able to lift it. They just have lied and treated us poorly. We really just wanted our money back so we can move forward. Paula the manager and salesman Steve have tried to help but there is just to much crap wrong. Please don't use this company so you don't end up having to start all over again and adding extra money to another tiler and plumber. read more

Menke is simply the best! High Quailty tile, wood flooring, and carpet! I had them carpet one room, and install tile in another. I was so pleased with their product and service, we used them on our kitchen update. They did the demo on tile cabinet tops and backsplash, then installed granite, and new tile backsplash. The neat thing is the ladies that work at Menke's are great interior decorators, and really helped pick out the colors, and design. We were really pleased, and would recommend them. read more

I wonder who this person is from Canada. Why would a Canadian call a business in Abilene regarding carpeting and flooring? The call from the business regarding removing bad reviews from Yelp is an exploitive, and blackmailing process that is designed to abuse the whole process that Yelp is designed to promote. As a personal friend, I would recommend Menke as a flooring provider above any other provider. I am deeply offended that there are not protocols in place instituted by Yelp (and all other social media providers) that allows such blatant abuses, falsehoods and libelous statements to be posted with impunity. This is one of the worst companies I have worked with their staff is not polite at all I called someone at the front desk and she did not even give me the time of day to hear me out. I'm going to make this short & sweet. We used Menke Inc.'s services to replace our flooring of approx. 2,500 sq. ft. on our bottom floor & had an amazing experience. We had wood flooring replaced with tile. The tile looked absolutely amazing! They are very thorough & make sure you are happy with the design, products & service all throughout the entire process from inception to finish. You can't find a better price in town as well.
