stone sisters disappointment despite previously read reviews. we bought a a home listed by them and…read morethe communication and service was shocking. we bought from out of province, and our realtor who has been consistant amazing for 2 years, received minimal response during the process, and the listing agent took off for closing and possession without letting our realtor know or even arranging keys, its as if she forgot she had a closing! she failed to communicate certain important details with their client resulting in unwanted junk left behind specifically requested to be removed. thankfully our realtor worked her butt off to keep things moving and as trouble free as possible but i know it was above and beyond, her having to make up for the listing agents lack. after possession we had a run in with a family member of the seller who (gave to remove unwanted items) who confirmed they also had issues and were unhappy, the realtor even no-showed a couple of their viewings prior to us. when concern was expressed to one of the owners of stone sisters, it was left unacknowledged. we are really disappointed in the lack of care and wouldn't recommend.
