In the middle of the lower half of a neighborhood in southeast Kokomo is the elevated small park. There is a small playground with a combo slide/climbing piece of equipment, some swings, a basketball court, space for a baseball diamond (with a backstop), and a lone picnic table. Parking is along the street.
The neighborhood is designed with lots of curved roads and no direct path through it, so giving directions to a location almost requires a navigator so that the driver can keep their eyes on the road. I only wish the park had more in it to make it worth the effort to find it. I believe that this is truly a neighborhood park and not much else.
