Oleg repaired rotted wood surrounding the outdoor perimeter of my decking. The decking forms a lanai with outer cage attached, so it was a very delicate repair, as the cage structure is secure and in good condition. Decking was pushing outward due to the rot, and I was afraid the entire lanai would fall in a wind storm, as the cage structure was certainly being compromised. Quality of his work was excellent. I had three bids from handymen. Oleg was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but was a little north of the middle. I liked him immediately after meeting him. He surveyed the problem, decided the best way to do the work, discussed the details with me and gave me an estimate on the spot - which he stuck to by the way. The work was tedious. I watched some of it. I'd say the value I got for the priced charged was outstanding. The decking structure should last me a few more years. Nice job, Oleg and crew. I will be calling him again in the late fall as I've a few other handyman projects around the house. Many thanks - Gary read more

Oleg SAVED OUR WALLETS BIG TIME! We purchased our dream shower door from Lowes, had shown the person our shower stall and everything, and we purchased a heavier door on his recommendation. My husband and I aren't completely naive when it comes to home projects, but we knew this one would be a challenge. three hours into the job, we couldn't get past step two. Oleg came and confirmed our worst fears; the salesperson recommended the WRONG door for our setup. I was devastated - you may know that shower doors are purchased on a strict no-return policy. I asked Oleg if there was any hope; his response was a big smile and "There's ALWAYS hope!" About 4-5 hours later, several cuts into the wall, some serious stud reaching, and a little bit of Oleg magic, he made the impossible possible. We have a beautiful shower door, and will be calling Oleg back to do some outlet relocations for us very soon. If you're on the fence, please don't be - just call Oleg!!!! read more

They are absolutely phenomenal and I would give them 6+ stars if I could! I have used them for a few different work items, including fixing door lock, replacing and painting baseboard, and fixing kitchen ceiling leak and cabinetry damaged. They respond quickly, notify you of time window they will come, always arrive within time window provided, and the owner even calls and follows up to ensure you are satisfied with the technician's work. Every handy man that has come has been friendly, professional, and knowledgable. On my last job, they took on a fairly big job quickly to help mitigate water damage, and spent a lot of time trying to match my existing cabinetry and come up with as many alternative options that they can to meet your needs and keep your cost down. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend! read more

Oleg and his team are skilled and did an amazing job on my kitchen. His pricing was fair and he communicated frequently. If any issues arose he provided options and associated cost before preforming the work. Because I was not there Oleg sent me pictures of repairs and work completed each day. So happy with upgrade of my kitchen which included new cabinets, backsplash, counters and floors. In addition Mend and Manage team was able to update plumbing and installed a new sink in kitchen new toilet in the bathroom. Very pleased with quick turnaround time which was about 2 weeks for all the work I mentioned I recommend him and would hire them again! read more

We hired Oleg to repair a section of garage ceiling that had fallen in (old ceiling, not water damage...) He was very professional, always on time, and always followed CDC recommended mask/ distance guidelines, which was very much appreciated. His time estimate to do the job was spot on, and he was kind enough to work around my unusual work schedule. I am very pleased with the workmanship. The drywall is on there solidly and it looks good. I am super happy there is no longer a giant hole in my ceiling. We will be holding onto his business card in case there are any other random repairs that come up. :) read more

Oleg was more than I could have asked for in a handyman. Showed up on time, very professional and listened to all our issues. He found more hidden issues as he worked but always kept me informed and showed me how to resolve issues with mold and unknown leaks. Work was done quickly and with great detail, I now have someone in florida that is a professional and does work to a very high standard. Could not be more pleased with the work, infact he is coming back for 2 more projects, we are keeping Oleg on speed dial ;) read more

He was able to take care of those jobs along with several other smaller jobs. Most importantly he passed the inspection with my wife. The pricing seemed very reasonable for the work completed.
