They end up having to call more people and get another which in the end costed me an extra $1700 on top of my quote. Things were broken $5000 bed ruined $1500 hutch chipped legs broke off. Then when they went to go put the stuff garage because we couldn't get into the they put the stuff for the in the far back corner of the garage the stuff from the basement around that and then the stuff from all of the around so it literally took us seven days just to get to the box with sheets in the very back of the garage! The whole time the only thing that these guys were worried about was how long they were going to have to work that day! When I texted the number to tell them that I was unpleased with the service, the owner or manager, they really didn't specify. Then told me that they would give me $200 for all of my broken Christmas stuff and totes, but instead of compensating me, they would come and pick up my bed to fix it the China hutch or they would give me $.60 a pound!! for the bed they may be giving me 600 bucks if they follow through I still haven't heard back from them!! I moved in a month ago! I do not recommend this company! Everything was botched the crew didn't communicate with Office or vice versa. Nothing was treated with respect and then at the very end after all of this, they pretty much have told me that they have no intentions of compensating me for the total amount of damages!!

The washer was fine and I took the sleeping bag home & hung it on the line. There was a 2 inch deep, about 10 inches around hole in the floor in the main walkway in from the front door. I didn't see it and tripped and fell flat on my face and hurt my knee. I had several witnesses who all came to help me. I called the number listed to report this so that a sign can be put up before someone else gets hurt. The phone was not answered, which I understand on a Sunday afternoon. However, the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message asking the owner to put up a sign and get the hole fixed. If you use this location, watch for that hole and hopefully it gets fixed soon.

You'll need to take Devney Drive rather than N Hillcrest. The facility was clean, bright and the layout was practical. There are a couple of bathrooms and a nice outdoor area. Matt and the entire staff was so very supportive and took care of everything. It was a pretty seamless process. All of the AV worked great for the photos, snacks and coffee looked fine as well. I'd recommend them if you're in need of a venue for a celebration of life.
