I have never been treated so rudely in ANY retail establishment as I was during last 2 visits I had to this store. And, I have to wonder why Gwen chooses to work with customers when she clearly doesn't understand how to interact with others in a normal (polite) way. If I see her working in the store again, I will turn around and walk right back out the door.
