Memory Tree recently produced our national video and they are currently working on two additional 30 second commercials for our association. We premiered the full length video at our 2014 National Convention in Toronto, Ontario to a ballroom full of dedicated members. It received a standing ovation. The video was then launched across Canada online and is still receiving rave reviews. Our members and audiences absolutely love it. Memory Tree has an amazing team of highly professional and passionate visionaries who produced exactly what we were hoping for. We would not hesitate to recommend their "picture-perfect" services. Memory Tree has helped FACS Waterloo portray adoption in a very moving and compelling manner. Their team of highly skilled professionals is able to take basic information and create a vision and "story" they want to tell through film. The end result is a very high quality film and for our purposes, always emotionally moving. "Adoption Changes Lives" has been applauded around the province for its beautiful portrayal of adoption. Pretty poor experience with this company. Paid a premium for perforated business cards on door…read morehangers. They never sent me the correct product (No perforation), then only wanted to refund me $50 of $350 order as a result. I had to chargeback the charge on my credit card through my bank. Poor customer service, poor print quality and just the wrong product at the end of the day. Will never order again. Also they say 5-7 business day turnaround. Took 21 days to get the wrong product.
