On the…read morepositive side I was quite happy with the quality of the photos I received but wish that they had taken a bit of time at the beginning to go over what I was looking for and/or show me some of the photos they had taken before they left. I have a penthouse condo with wrap around windows, with views of the CN tower and the lake. I asked specifically for the views to be captured many times as this is a big selling point for my condo. Unfortunately, the photographer seemed like he was trying to get the job done and leave as soon as possible. Once I received the photos I was disappointed to see that they did not capture my views at all! I contacted them immediately, and said that I had specifically asked for pictures of the view, which they said they took plenty of. He then tried to charge me full price to come back and take the photos I had asked for. After some conversation he agreed to let me know when he would be in the area, and come back free of charge which was really nice of him. Unfortunately that was the last time I heard from him. He did not get back to me and never came by, which is why I am writing this review. If you are looking for simple photos, then I think you might be happy. However, if you are looking for a detailed job or would like photos to be done in a specific way/certain angles I suggest you look elsewhere as you get a basic job for a basic price.

There were three people there, and they just stared at me while they were busy working; no one bothered to ask me to wait. So that's probably a bad sign already. The worst part is, when they finally talked to me, I asked for a quote on several items and they said that they were busy and they'd get back to me if I left an email. So I did. A week later, I heard nothing. So I went back in. They gave me the quote there, and even though the service was subpar, the prices were above par. So, I decided to go with them. I asked them to go ahead with the order, and their delivery was horribly slow. In fact, I didn't even get a call or receive an email when my order was ready!! I went in to ask about it and they miraculously had my order packaged. Later on, I asked for another quote on a larger order, and they never got back to me. It's already been 3 months. It's like they don't want any business! I won't be going back.
