The older lady who works there was very kind and helpful. I picked out my flower choices and she asked me what price I would want it for - 30/40/50 pounds as an example. The younger lady who actually put the bouquet together had AirPods in the whole time - not the best customer experience. But the bouquet was nice!

The coffee and food are decently priced and home made. The staff is lovely. The atmosphere is nice but as someone who suffers from allergies, the upstairs area with all its flowers is a bit too heady for me. Downstairs (with gates both at the top and bottom of the stairs and staff that will help you carry buggies) there's a large soft play area with slides, a swing, a climbing wall, a ball pit and a plethora of toys. There's also a little play house, a large wall painted with blackboard paint with chalks at the ready. On the far side there's a book shelf and reading corner as well as a sensory room fully darkened with just a few colour changing light sources. Absolutely love this place and £5 entry for children is very reasonable for hours of fun!

The shop was decorated for Christmas and I was feeling a bit envious that I could never get my house to look that festive, no matter what I do. But I did feel I could achieve a similar look with some help. I spoke with the florist who was sweet and knowledgeable, she gave me excellent ideas. By the time I got finished looking around the shop and acting on her ideas I left with a wreath and several poinsettias. Bloomsbury Flowers is a great shop and it is nice to have found a new shop that is near my house. The service is great and since they arrange flowers for every occasion it's the perfect shop. Bloomsbury Flowers was super quick responding to my request to send an arrangement to a friend who had just started a new job. All I gave them were the contact details and color choice. They handled the rest! Given how expensive London generally is, the arrangement was reasonably priced (I even went ahead and asked for an upgrade from the original offer). This place is a hidden gem…read more From the outside you wouldn't think it was a florist but a nick nack shop for the home (they sell those too). They do a lot of creations for the TV world (ITV is opposite) but when you tell them what you would like and give them a budget WOW do they impress. Good priced, and the most amazing flowers you can imagine. Can not recomend this place more highly.
