When the AAA adjuster arrived, he used a moisture meter and claimed there was "no moisture in the walls," suggesting we could simply redo the garage and upstairs, paint the downstairs, and settle the claim in a week. I knew this was completely inadequate -- the fire department had sprayed over 10,000 gallons of water into the attic, and the house was not safe to re-rent. I left the meeting feeling defeated. From getting the quote to completing the work, Bo and his crew has demonstrated to me that they are professional, honest, reliable, take pride of their work, and always keep the work area clean. After tearing down the ceiling and part of the walls, the damages were more than Bo anticipated and he is kind enough to put in extra time and effort without charging me more. He went over and beyond to make sure there is no more mold and bacteria left behind. Bo also has connection with a mold testing company and a reconstruction company. I used them and am very satisfied with their services as well. They being knew each other does have a huge advantage as I coordinate their services.
