10/5 STARS! THIS IS YOUR REALTOR…read more I apologize that this review is so long, but I have so many great things to say about Suman. The relief of having a realtor I could talk openly with, ask my questions, and I knew would get me the best outcome was such a dream. After meeting with several realtors, I immediately felt Suman was the right choice for us. Her presence was comfortable and friendly, but also so professional and knowledgable. I instantly felt her level of experience and trusted she could handle whatever was thrown at her. (Turns out our house through a lot at her.) She thoroughly reviewed the upgrades we had already made to our home, happily provided input on paint colors and other aesthetic choices, and personally managed the painters and carpeting company we hired, and she connected us with an excellent stagers, inspectors and cleaning team. (The cleaning team did an AMAZING job!) We had to leave town prior to listing and we literally handed the keys to Suman and she handled everything from there. During the showing process she called us regularly with updates and insight, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and helped us make decisions like when to hire additional inspections, extend the deadline for the offer, etc. I never felt any pressure on decisions, but she provided the information and an opinion when I asked her for one. The outcome was amazing. We got an aggressive offer far above what we were expecting! During the close process there were an almost comical number of complications (none of them were anyone's fault) and Suman provided me updates after she pre-negotiated each one with the buyers on my behalf. She always arrived with detailed information, solutions, options, and a positive attitude that we could find our way through it. I honestly thought we would have to go back to market but she got our deal closed without a single concession or reduction in price! It's such a small thing, but I honestly feel like we became friends in the process. Through a four month prep-listing-closing process I trusted she would find us the best outcomes and honestly worried about the sale very little. She made everything so easy. Definitely hire her.

What really stood out to us was how genuinely she cared--not just about closing a deal, but about making sure we found the right home for our family. Suman was there for us every step of the way--answering all our questions, walking us through paperwork we didn't understand, and even checking in on how we were feeling throughout the process. She has a calm confidence that made everything feel manageable, even when the some moments felt overwhelming. We never felt pressured or rushed. Instead, we felt like we had a trusted friend in our corner--someone who wanted the best for us and wouldn't settle until we found a place that truly felt like home. Thanks to her, we did just that. We're so grateful for everything Suman did for us. If you're looking for a realtor who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also kind, patient, and genuinely invested in your happiness, Suman is the one you want by your side.

Upasna understood the urgency of the situation and put things in place in record time to get our house ready for an open house. She found contractors to do last minute paint jobs and repairs, stagers to prepare the house, and cleaners to do a deep cleaning -- all in time for an open house that was just a week away. Once our house was on the market, the interest was understandably on the weaker side, and prospective buyers were already stopping their searches due to concerns around COVID-19. What impressed us most was that Upasna adjusted to the situation very quickly and was able to predict that interest would drop even further if we waited too long for our "ideal" price. She's had an incredibly long history of experience with real estate, and so when she assured us that we would have to move sooner than we had originally thought (and for a lower price) we were convinced, and she helped us finalize an offer with the right buyers, and negotiate the best price possible. Once we were in contract, there were also some unexpected hurdles due to COVID-19, but Upasna kept really calm through all of it. She communicated often with us and the buyers, and also negotiated further terms as needed. All in all, we're very grateful for all the support she gave us despite these immensely stressful times, because we certainly would have sold our house for a much lower price if we had waited any longer. It was all due to her effort that we were able to get our house sold on such an accelerated timeline!

We ran into him at one of the open house he assisted. We thought he was the listing agent (silly us) so we decided to sign with him as our agent since we were interested in buying that house. 1) I had a hard time understanding him and he is not knowledge and gave us poor advise. I am not a realtor and i feel like i can google more info online than asking him. 2) When we asked him a question, he would response "no worry, no worry" but don''t do shit that make us not worry. 3) he would just pressure you to sign and make a contract that is great for the seller not the BUYER so he can just earn the commission. in Summary - please do not use him !! I don't someone to follow our foot step and make the same mistake. 4) Also he liked and misrepresented that he was the listing agent. In fact, he was doing the open house for another agent in his firm. Very dishonest.
