I feel reborn after my session with Juanita. In my quest for transformative evolution and optimal…read morehealth I've been to see a wide variety of alternative and allopathic healers across Canada and California; from osteopaths and acupuncturists to physiotherapists, GPs, shrinks and chiropractors. Juanita is one of the most gifted. One session with her and I feel like I fit inside my body properly: relaxed, deeply peaceful and calm, yet energized and empowered. It's like I was a violin whose stings were set so tight they were pulling the entire instrument apart, and she just adjusted the tuning pegs so everything is back in place, fluid and harmonious. Her gentle and compassionate approach shows a depth of care I've never experienced from a physician, and her combination of talk therapy and auric realignment seems profoundly effective. I recommend you try a session if you feel worthy of it - and especially if you don't! Even if your shift isn't as immediate and dramatic as what I experienced, this style of healing is deeper and more holistic than many others. I found it to be absolutely worth the fee, and suspect that must have been true for a lot of people over her 15 years of practice. Some practical tips, if you do go: she works out of two locations, so be sure you have the right one on the right day. Also her Burlington office is a bit tricky to find: when you enter the building take a sharp left through the doors marked 'offices' and take the elevator to the second floor. May the peace be with you! Update after my second session with her, which was just as amazing, though different: just wow. I'm totally blissed our and can't recommend her highly enough. Next time I'm going to bring a friend!

I highly recommend The Mind People, based on their intake system: before being connected with a…read moretherapist, you are interviewed (free of charge) and asked questions that give a sense of the kind of person you are and the approach to therapy that fits. Once you've gone through this process, you are matched with a therapist. Through this process, I was paired with Victoria Cameron. Victoria is a PERFECT fit for me (a mature artist and educator); she is an exceptional listener who always guides our conversations toward meaningful insights with great skill. I am fortunate to have insurance through my workplace, and so have the privilege of being able to take the time required to heal through therapy with this patient, gifted individual. Our appointments are also online, which suits me well. As I do not always have health coverage or sometimes just need to take a breather, Victoria and I sometimes do not speak for several months. When we DO meet again, it is always easy and feels as though my therapist has read her notes! It is important to mention that although the therapy atmosphere is relaxed, we have a strictly professional relationship. I always feel safe and at ease during appointments, and never as though time is wasted. While I understand that we are gently moving toward a time when my need for deep therapy will end, I will always be grateful for the time spent with Victoria Cameron. I give her ALL OF THE STARS.
