She provides me with a custom blend of herbs specifically for my needs, and I now have a treatment plan that I understand and use to feel my best every day. I cannot recommend her enough. My daughter and I have been clients of Suzanne for many years (since 2006 for sure), and have been…read morelearning a lot from her on how to better manage our health issues, as well as how to prevent illness in general. Suzanna is special for three reasons. First, she masters a range of fields of knowledge addressing health: from holistic nutrition and body care, to homeopathy, Chinese medicine and acupuncture (for instance). Secondly, Suzanna uses what best suits your health issue, either one technique, or a number of them combined. And third, and I think the most important, is that you have a say in your treatment. This means that Suzanne respects her clients' wishes, limitations and preferences; recognizing and empowering you as the most important person to promote your own health. We could not be happier with the results, and that is why we strongly recommend Suzanne as your naturopath!

I was very skeptical upon my first first well over a year ago, but half way through our discussion I was at ease. This is quite the feat as I am a very tightly wound individual who works in a high stress field. Suzanne was able to put me on a plan that fit my schedule as well as help me to develop much healthier habits to aid in my health. I have had difficulty with my energy levels as well as my sleep for over a decade. In less than a full 12 months Suzanne helped raise my energy level and most importantly through tintures (which I actually enjoyed!) SHE HAS FIXED MY SLEEP.This was something no doctor had been able to do. I had been to countless specialists and sleep clinics. Suzanne is very caring and helpful beyond words. I have heard of many alternative medicine practitioners and naturopaths that continually tell you to take pills, herbs and to visit them regularly without much explanation. Some not even telling you what is in the things you are given . Suzanne is forth coming about everything she suggests and goes into great detail on why it will be helpful. She does not have you come in repeatedly for unnecessary appointments just to make money. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in all she does. If I could rate her more stars I would! She is definately a leader in her field.

I just finished my massage with Julie at The Dempster Clinic, and it was one of the best massages…read moreI've ever gotten (and I've had hundreds). What made it so good? A few things: 1. Frequent pressure checks. Julie frequently asked how the pressure is in different parts of the body. She basically helped me craft my perfect massage. 2. Occasional temperature checks. The massage table is heated, and she made sure the temperature was comfortable the whole time. 3. She talks just the right amount. Some massage therapists are too chatty (for my taste, anyway). The Dempster Clinic is simply a money grab!. Their priority is not your health, it is taking…read moreadvantage of their patients health issues , most of the time quite light one but to them into major ones. Their approach is to build on whatever new health buzz and build a business on it. None of their diagnoses or 'special pills' have ever proven to have any lasting benificial effects on their patients' conditions nor based on any data eveidence. it is all trial and error and yet Dr Dempster's clinic charges a fortune. Furthermore, their approach is to magnify any health issues raised by their patients so they have them on the 'hook' for additional consultation, blood testing and their miracle vitamins. Interesting that the blood testing after a treatment recommended by the clinic is never included in the 'price '. That is because it is all a fallacy... I have lived through an episode of a series of super expensive series of treatment with my husband and now my son because of hair loss. Really Dr Dempster has a solution for men's hair loss that nobody has found and that is evidenced based. I truly doubt it... I beg you, do not schedule an appointment with the Dr Dempster clinic because he will have you hooked on any series of treatments that sincerely you can address with a better diet, exercise, and mindfulness ( spend quality time with yourself meditating /praying or reading an inspirational book) . Way cheaper. All the best, Carole
