BEWARE!! This person came to my house to give me an estimate to do a deep cleaning and then regular service every two weeks. I thought prices were a little high but then everything since the pandemic seems high. I could not find any listing for her business name. Business card only contained a phone number. No address or e-mail and her full name was not on the card. I tracked the phone number to Ontario. This lady, while very pleasant to talk with, was very evasive about answering questions or providing identification. Since her services would cost a little over $3,000.00 for the year I asked for a current address to send her a 1090 IRS form at the end of the year which indicates the amount paid to a person for services and the individual than pays their proper taxes. She freaked out. Then refused to provide me with liability insurance or workers comp coverage. I have no idea why this lady was being so evasive, but it must be something serious. I'm not putting myself in a liability position to be sued. Beware! read more
