I was sore for three days. Oh! and I also got sick... One more thing. Vermont doesn't require ANY training just that you register. As of early 2026, a Vermont bill (H.623) has been introduced that would replace the registration system with a full licensure system for massage therapists and certain establishments, but it has not yet taken effect.
