Not only did I release emotionally and energetically, but I felt my body release blocks and tension as well. She provided me resources and made sure to check in with me the next day to continue assisting me on this path of healing. So grateful, and a little overwhelmed honestly by how deep it went. I'm still holding it all and will work with the resources given and probably come back for another session. As someone easily prone to anxiety, I couldn't believe how warm and gentle the space felt. I felt like I could clearly and calmly speak without tension or fear. Thank you Lisa! I'll definitely be coming back. Aloha

What I received was basically just light tapping on the face, with no real kneading or pressure anywhere. For $85, it wasn't a proper massage at all. I reached out afterward and got a polite but unhelpful response. Disappointed. I honestly felt scammed and wouldn't recommend if you're expecting a real Indian head massage.

She uses many different techniques: traditional Swedish, deep tissue, rocks, cups, Thai, etc to create a full body experience that is tailored to whatever you need. Aside from the massage aspect, Tristan is also just an amazing person to talk to. Each time I've gone has felt like 6 months worth of therapy in 90 minutes.
