We are a military family that owned a home in Crestview, FL. We reached out to Assurance Realty for…read moreProperty Management shortly after we moved. I can't even begin to put into words how absolutely phenomenal they were! We worked with Kim specifically as our property manager and she was so great. We really liked how their process was set up. If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants. I can't imagine dealing with all of that while being overseas. We experienced minor tornado damage to the property and Kim was on top of it. She was always open and honest. She kept things fair for both us as the owners, as well as our tenants. We fully trusted Kim and never once had to worry about anything. It was such a huge load off to know we had that! She really was such a blessing. We decided to sell the property in 2021 and got teamed up with Donna. Donna was just as incredible as Kim from the very beginning to the very end. She made the entire selling process super easy. She was open and honest about our options and walked us through every step and answered every question we had. We live out of state and knowing we had someone we could trust to take care of selling the property was a relief. From our end, the selling process was easy. We know that's because Donna is such a phenomenal agent and took care of the heavy load of things on her end. In the eight years that we worked with Assurance Realty, whether on the Property Management side or the Real Estate side, we knew we could trust them completely. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism are important. Assurance Realty of NWFL, LLC goes above and beyond for their clients. I simply cannot say enough good things about them.

From the time it was officially listed, to the time a buyer agreed to terms, our home was on the market for 13 days--this could have only been accomplished by a realtor who understands the market, and who knows how to maximize advertising. Not only was our home listed on the typical internet home buying sites, Tomasz used internet advertising to expand the pool of potential home buyers. Coupled with his real estate savvy, Tomasz is an all-around good person who listened and addressed all of our concerns. There was never a time I was not able to speak with him immediately or shortly after attempting to make contact. His willingness to make himself readily available put me and my wife at ease throughout the entire process. I can say with 100% confidence, me and my family will continue to use Tomasz Bielenin for our future home buying/selling needs. I highly recommend him to all who are searching for a home/property in the local area.

Sean and Alice both dedicated significant time and effort just to win my business…read more At first I was hesitant to identify the property I was interested in buying until we had an agreement signed. Despite being an unnecessary and extra request, they were totally understanding and drafted a written arrangement that put me at ease. Once I identified the property, an offer was ready within hours. When I asked for modifications, the turnaround was same-day. They were also very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Alice provided timely and useful info on the uniqueness of this property, being a condo and typical investment property, whereas I was planning to treat it as a primary. They also had a local lender to recommend. Ultimately, the seller wanted more money than I was willing to pay, and I had some issues with financing, so I walked from the deal. The end result is that even though they didn't make a penny from me, they still gave me excellent service and attention.
