As a military family, We were moving across the country to Florida, which made buying a home much more complicated and stressful. She wasn't simply our real estate agent she became the person we knew we could count on. She was always available, incredibly patient, honest, responsive, and truly cared about finding the right home for our family, not just making a sale. She helped us through every step of the process, answered countless questions, handled problems when they came up, and did things for us that were far beyond what we ever expected from a real estate agent. Even after we closed and received the keys, she continued to be there for us whenever we needed help or advice. Thanks to her, we found a home that we absolutely love. What makes her special is that she genuinely cares about the people she works with. You never feel like you're just another client or another transaction. She treats you like someone she truly wants to help. If you're looking for a real estate agent in the Fort Walton Beach area, I would recommend her without hesitation. We would choose her again a thousand times over. She deserves every bit of success that comes her way. Thank you for everything you did for our family. We will never forget it.

I can't even begin to put into words how absolutely phenomenal they were! We worked with Kim specifically as our property manager and she was so great. We really liked how their process was set up. If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants. I can't imagine dealing with all of that while being overseas. We experienced minor tornado damage to the property and Kim was on top of it. She was always open and honest. She kept things fair for both us as the owners, as well as our tenants. We fully trusted Kim and never once had to worry about anything. It was such a huge load off to know we had that! She really was such a blessing. We decided to sell the property in 2021 and got teamed up with Donna. Donna was just as incredible as Kim from the very beginning to the very end. She made the entire selling process super easy. She was open and honest about our options and walked us through every step and answered every question we had. We live out of state and knowing we had someone we could trust to take care of selling the property was a relief. From our end, the selling process was easy. We know that's because Donna is such a phenomenal agent and took care of the heavy load of things on her end. In the eight years that we worked with Assurance Realty, whether on the Property Management side or the Real Estate side, we knew we could trust them completely. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism are important. Assurance Realty of NWFL, LLC goes above and beyond for their clients. I simply cannot say enough good things about them.

Not much time when moving from coast to coast. We knew we wanted to own our next home. We knew that this would be no small feat with only 1 month to work with. Especially since we didn't have a home picked out and weren't under contract yet! After looking at a lot of homes online and scouring the internet for a realtor, I decided on the Hiller Group. We found a house we loved, but unfortunately it went under contract before I made the call to the Hiller Group. Daniel responded very quickly and got us several listings in the area matching our needs (some were not even listed on realtor.com or Zillow) and we quickly fell in love with a home. When we contacted Daniel about the property he quickly arranged to go to the property to do a showing via video call since we were in California and gave us his honest opinion and recommendations throughout the walkthrough. My husband and I quickly fell in love with the property. Daniel, respectfully gave us time to discuss it but my husband and I had already made our minds up so we quickly called Daniel back and asked him to draw up the contract. Daniel was very responsive and got the contract to us quickly for signing according to our wishes and delivered to the seller for approval. We just beat someone else on submitting a contract and since we were quicker the sellers went with our offer. We then transitioned to Bryanna who assisted us through the escrow process. Bryanna kept us well informed throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. When we made it to Florida, days before closing, she and Paige met us at the property so we could walk through the property in person and answered our questions. Paige was at our closing prepared to answer our questions and to welcome us to Florida! Such a seamless transaction from start to finish! I highly recommend the Hiller Group to anyone. They are very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I have missed any names I apologize. Every person we interacted with at the Hiller Group were wonderful. Thank you for making it happen!! :)

Village Homes and Land…read more This is where nice and professional intersect and nice is an understatement. Theresa, Michael, and Carissa are some of the most charming people that I have ever met. Their Christian values show through all their professional and personal life. We met them when we considered buying a historic house in my wife's hometown of Bagdad, FL. We had found a couple of houses online that we wanted to look at which were listed by another realtor from Pensacola. As we were looking, we noticed an office on the corner of the main street in Bagdad. This was Village Homes and Land. We thought, why not see what they have as they are obviously invested in Bagdad. It turned out that they also lived a few houses down from the office and had invested in other properties in this little village. We were pleased to find how gracious and yet professional and efficient the owners are. Theresa had a few properties listed including the one which we found perfect for our needs and quickly made an offer and closed. This house was in great shape as promoted and has lived up to our dreams. We found that Village Homes and Land not only helps buyers and sellers find their dream homes but also manages more than 50 properties for people leasing their properties. This gave us the confidence to entrust them to lease and manage two other properties we invested in the Milton/Bagdad area. Michael Johnson is a competent project manager and general contractor who will manage remodels or maintenance projects. We used him to manage a complete restoration and expansion of the Historic Golden House. Over the years, Village Homes and Land has always been responsive and responsible in providing for our every need as owners and landlords. We consider ourselves blessed that we visited their office nine years ago. Chuck Hendee
