They said it was a cable ($60) and they had it on order, wanted to know if I wanted to do a tune up on it for another $200. I said ok, as it was probably needing one. I was told my mower would be done by the end of the week. Then they messaged that there is now a tire leak, and that would be another $60 to repair, moving delivery back a week. Then yet another message stating when he went to sharpen my blades, both spindles are bad and blade bent, so another $200 and another week or two!!! So I ended up paying someone to mow my yard on top of the $560 I paid this company. When I got it back, it would not cut any lower than level 6, I called and they said that was a manufacturer setting, and had nothing to do with them or what they did! Although before they "fixed" it I could cut on any level! I used my mower 3 times since it was returned, and yesterday, half way done, the mower deck would not engage again! I called them, and was told that it's been over their 30 day warranty now, so they won't fix the mess they created without charging again! NO THANK YOU _ REPORTING TO THE BBB!!
