I have had issues with plugged and popping ears and a drippy nose, my PCP suggested…read morean ENT because she could only see so far in my ears and nose with her scope, and she couldn't see anything concerning. I went to Paul Young, didn't see him, which is fine, but the NP that I saw didn't do anything my PCP didn't do and immediately suggested a nasal ablation and went on a sales pitch about how Dr. Young does them in the office. Felt like they "sell" that to everyone. She also couldn't see anything concerning- so why suggest this procedure? And for the plugged ears, she suggested I get a hearing test but they don't perform them. What kind of ENT can't do a hearing test in the office? Long story short- useless and total waste of time and money. Just got a $350.00 bill, after insurance for literally nothing.

The new physician, at my very first visit, said: 'I got your records from Dr Young's office, as well as the notes about your anxiety." I don't have anxiety. The awful surgery center that he uses kept me in a room for nearly NINE HOURS waiting to be taken back for surgery; I asked a nurse ONE TIME when I'll be taken back and she ran and told the anesthesiologist's helper that I was 'anxious' and they offered to give me pre-anesthesia to 'calm me down.' No, I was not anxious, I was super thirsty and MAD because I have not had any food or drink since midnight and it was nearly 5pm (so for15 hours). My nose is the same now as it was pre-surgery. I'm still congested, I still have post-nasal drip, and my sleep still sucks because I'm coughing from the throat irritation of the snot dripping down my throat. I've asked them to test me for other things (Covid, etc.) that might suggest why I was still feeling that way; apparently wanting to breathe without choking on snot makes a person 'anxious.' I guess that the PAs / Ear Doctor are also psychologists, and are able to diagnose 'anxiety' without a degree in human psychology. Interesting. No wonder my Primary Doc, at my 'make sure this person is healthy before surgery' checkup looked down at the doctor's name and said: 'Just be careful, some doctors think they're god and will judge you for everything."

I was practically living on antibiotics. I demanded a referral here as they also have immunologists. I just knew something else was wrong with me but I didn't know what! Then I met Christina Long here and after discussing everything, she suggested it may be migraines .. that 80% of migraines are misdiagnosed as sinus infections! She did still do testing on me though to rule anything else out. My tests were normal and she referred me to dent for my migraines but also prescribed a different nose spray than the other doctors have. The combination of the new nose spray and the migraine treatment I now receive has completely changed the quality of my life! I cannot believe it took 10 years for someone to tell me this is migraines! I went an entire year without antibiotics which was incredible to me! I am forever indebted to PA Christina Long for changing my life so quickly and truly listening to me.

I was recommended Buffalo Amherst Allergy after moved back to the area ofter 10+ years in another state. I was dreading starting over with all new doctors in general, but very worried about going back to square one with my allergy shots. My old office wasn't very helpful in sending my old viles, so Dr. Lomas worked with me to retest for regional allergens and amend my care so I didn't have to completely restart. Every check in I have had since she has been very attentive and caring and I think she is an amazing doctor! The front desk staff are very helpful with questions and in scheduling new appointments. The nurse have all been amazing too! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Administering the shots is always quick and painless. I can tell they take great care in what they do! I also love that there is an Orchard Park office, as I have since moved again since restarting my allergy treatments, so it is great to have a location a little closer to home.

Today, my youngest, who had a severe reaction to peanut butter as an infant, was able to successfully food challenge his first-ever tree nut, cashews. However the real issue is the "professionals" and their vaccine policy that they try to push and push even after you refuse and are told you can refuse without repercussions but in the end there are repercussions, very real and very scary repercussions that left myself my wife and most importantly our daughter without a pediatrician because we were told we are not welcome there if we didn't follow their vaccine regimen, again after being told there wouldn't be consequences leaving us with false hope that maybe these people actually did care about children but don't be fooled like we were, they do not. All they care about is vaccines being pumped into tiny human beings that weigh less than a sack of potatoes and that's it, they didn't care that our daughter had an ear infection and had a UTI at the same time, they didn't care that she was sick, they didn't care that she wasn't gaining weight, in the end all they cared about was getting what I can only assume was some kind of compensation for vaccinating another 8lb newborn. In the end after questioning their mortality we were told to leave and we were not welcomed there, they didn't give us an alternative, we were left with a sick child that we had to take to urgent care instead. Everyone who works for these immunization facilities needs to reflect on the real reason they are in the profession of pediatric care, it shouldn't be to push narratives it should be to help sick children. Thank almighty god that not everyone thinks like them though and there are facilities out there that will care for a sick child no matter what.

Once actually in the office, everything always runs smoothly and the providers are always compassionate, professional and thorough. I appreciate that they directly talk with my children, letting them know that they are important. If any follow-up is needed or when I call with concerns for my kids, the nurses are always compassionate and helpful.

The secretary was quite inviting. However I did find the office a bit small and sterile but I guess it's a doctor's office. The Doctor was pleasant. He was informative and seemed to ask quite a few questions to see if he could help me and provide more information. What I did not like about the office is that you have to pay for parking because it's technically part of the hospital parking even though it's a separate building. I would recommend or re-visit Dr. Leith in the future.
