She had it approved in less than an hour and was extremely efficient in the process. I do appreciate her communication and efficiency. I have home and auto (several vehicles and my kids now do with them as well) I have never had to deal with a home claim and have had one deer incident with our truck but it's nice to know that if needed they take such good care of their customers.
