I was hoping that I would have been able to get onto a plan other than my work but since it is offered I have to use my works plan. My spouse and I are not married as of yet, so she and the kids can go with whatever is in the marketplace. I called her hoping we could go through options and find something. She went over everything with us, showed us multiple plans with different options. Explained everything clearly (to me the insurance world jargon is all mumbo jumbo) so that was definitely a plus. In the end my wife and kids got on a better plan than my work offers and it was cheaper by a mile than what my work offers for a full family. I myself an going through my work but very thankful Melanie was able to help my spouse and children get insurance. Definitely recommend, great communicator and very genuine in just trying to find you the right plan. I never felt as I was sold anything I didn't need.
