Ich wurde für Zahnbehandlungen, die ich nicht angefordert hatte, in Rechnung gestellt und für den Rest überfordert. Sehr unethisch. Too bad for me, I haven't been treated by him, but by a woman, the only one in the praxis (can't remember the name unfortunately). I have been there for a ceramic crown, they pushed me to do a second one at the same time, i said i would rather wait but they insisted, and i finally agree has they offered me "good price" (ah, lucky me). Nowadays going to the dentist doesn't really scare anyones as doctors are generous with anesthesia, and give you has many as you want, but my doctor took for ages, pulling my jaw so hard, being almost brutal to me, and she was probably tired too, that at the end I started to scream at them! 2,5 hours to make the adjustment of the 2 crowns. Today i've been there to remove the provisory teeth after a weekend of pain, told them about it, but it has been the worst of all the meetings even though they were trying to go carefully. I left the praxis, did not eat anything the whole day, then back home at 20h i try my luck: apricot in mouth, 2 chews, weird feeling, like the crowns are still too high (after more than 12 painful corrections) , and i spat one of my 2 crowns in my hand! I'm going there tomorrow morning but never again with that Dr. I already have 2 crowns, right under the new ones, and never had to go through so much pain and hassle. To me, this praxis looks like a happy factory, bright colors, new tech, smiles, and big turnover to maximise profits. Important as well, the place is not tidy enough compare to other places i have been in Berlin. Goodbye Brandmann.

The previous dentist I'd seen a few weeks earlier tried to get me to sign off on expensive cavity repairs, and Sacha told me I did not in fact have any cavities. This was what I was expecting, as I had good care in the USA before moving here and haven't had many problems before. I got a cleaning (the prices were reasonable, which was important to me as my insurance didn't cover it) from Christiane Braun, who was also a real pro. Two thumbs up, five stars, I recommend Sacha to anyone looking for a dentist in Berlin! They also accepted my European Health Insurance card for the checkup, which was a big plus.

Dass heißt ich MUSS die PZR machen obwohl ich MEHRFACH sagte dass ich die nicht haben will, damit man mich behandelt. Ausserdem will er pro Zahn 200€. Denke mal füllungen. Keine Ahnung. Er hat noch mit mir diskutiert dass auf meinen zähnen Füllungen sind. Ich weiß doch wohl ob ich weilche hatte oder nicht? Ich werde das definitiv melden. Das ist Kohlemachen auf Kosten der Menschen die Hilfe brauchen und Unterlassene Hilfeleistung.

The dental hygienist asked me to lay…read moredown on the treatment chair in a position so she "could work on me" ( because the chair was " too wide" for her to reach me) but which was very uncomfortable. The position put me in a position with overextended neck, so that the water would fill up in my mouth ( despite suction) and I got the feeling of drowning. I indicated that repeatedly to her but she was not paying attention. Suddenly she stopped and said that we could stop and that I should get another appointment wirh one of her colleagues for cleaning my upper teeth. She was unattentive right from the start and got defensive and hostile after that. Terrible experience. I'll never come back!
