But after I scratched my itch, that really set her off. There was no heads-up, no "hey, can you try to stay still for me" - just a sudden sharp comment out of nowhere. It caught me completely off guard, especially since everything had seemed fine up to that point. After she lost it, I was very uncomfortable and afraid to move because she might lose it again. I noticed a few other reviews here mention impatience, and unfortunately my experience lines up with that. It's a shame, because the actual haircut was well done, but a comment like that, with no warning, isn't something I want to navigate again. Bottomline is, I won't be rebooking. She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips.
