I've been seeing Dana Harrington at Fountain Family Medical for years. She is by far the most…read moreeducated, caring, and insightful medical professional that has cared for me over the last 50 years. She has found the balance between compassionate, tough love and the the cold doctor that tells you how it must be. I attribute my decent health to her gently pushing and supporting me in the right direction every time I have an appointment. The practice recently joined the Millennium group which gives them access to new technology but can be a little cold in billing and other admin stuff. The ladies in the office and Dana remain mostly the same but with more connectivity.

My family and I have all been patients here for 20+ years. I absolutely love my PCP, Dana. She…read morehas become more than just my doc... she's become an amazing friend. I started out with Dr. Evans ans somehow got moved to her care shortly after that. Best thing that could've happened for me. My boys both saw whomever had an available appt when they needed to be seen and are since grown with families of their own -- but they had no issues while under the care of FFM growing up. Since the swith / purchase by Millennium Physicians group -- things are just not what they used to be. Things seem much more corporate/less personalized and not necessarily patient centered. This is definitely NOT the choice of the office staff but it is certainly affecting the practice. I've never had to chase down refills or pre-authorizations myself until recently (which is my biggest complaint as of now). If it weren't for my PCP....... I'd have left FFM/Millennium shortly after the switch. Everyone's healthcare should have the benefit of human care/interaction/interest and not just a "check here" mentaility. Each person is different and should be treated as such! Healtcare in a box just doesn't work!

Dr. Eaddy is the worst Dr. ever. His assistant (Linda?) is a joke, she would not return calls…read more Stay far away. He just tried to push spine stimulator surgery on me. When I said I didn't want it right now, he was not interested in helping me anymore. He ordered a pre test CT scan I tried to get disc to them as requested. In an email they said to bring at next appt. I told them we never set one up. They said they emailed me, they never did (not in spam). Also, never told me result of scan (assuming they even looked at written online). However, they still wanted to schedule surgery. Couldn't get them to call back. After leaving messages telling them I was not interested at this time, they had spine stimulator manufacturer call me twice. See something wrong with this? Also, always had trouble getting them to renew scripts. The latest renewal they just denied with pharmacy without calling me back to tell me after leaving message. I became aware of denial on pharmacy web site. Pathetic!!

I saw Dr. Khadour a couple of weeks ago for not the first time, but for the last time. As other…read morereviews have pointed out, most of my concerns were dismissed or glossed over. I came to her a few months ago with many symptoms that I have been having for a long time that all seemed to happen around the same time. She pinpointed specific symptoms rather than looking at the big picture. My health has had a huge impact on my life this last year and it has also affected my mental health. Dr. Khadour barely inquired about my symptoms and brushed most of it off and suggested another round of bloodwork. Don't get me wrong, I understand the importance of bloodwork but to not even investigate into the symptoms that I described shows her obvious lack of knowledge and/or lack of empathy. We as a society come to these over paid doctors hoping to be listened to, understood and taken seriously but end up leaving their offices with nothing to show for it. We come to them sick and ill, with our lives interrupted by not being able to function and work. We pay and are at their mercy. A lot of us don't have the options or money to go elsewhere. We are literally sick and tired of not being heard. This has been one of the worst years of my life because so many doctors don't put in the effort to at least work alongside us to find solutions. It doesn't matter to them because at the end of the day, they pick up their bloated paychecks and forget about us. I feel bad for the doctors that actually dedicate their lives to the betterment of their patient's health because doctors like Dr. Khadour give them a bad name and creates divide and prejudice. Our last 5 minute appointment together concluded with her patting me on the back saying "I hope you start feeling better". Dr. Khadour, I am Kha'done.

I went in with a complaint of hypertension and was planning on making this my primary care doctor…read morebecause she is closer to my house than my other dr. She took the bare minimum Amt of time with me and didn't even get my whole history or any of my other complaints that a Dr might be concerned about with a patient that has been having issues with blood pressure (180s/110s) and hasn't been seen in 3 years. To top it off, the dr and her MA didn't even take the blood pressure correctly which is why they were getting 120/80. Really?!?! I am a nurse. These things matter!!! I will never be back at this location. The other doctor is worth the drive!!!!
