I came out to Knox for the Borderland Music Festival. Now I know it's completely different when…read morethere is something happening but I had to talk about the beauty of this park. First off, I feel like the walking trails here are nice. More markers would be cool, but I like the ease of the trails. They have a dog park too which is great. I can't wait to come back with my pup before the snow and have her run around too. Everything is very open which makes it even more awe-inspiring and beautiful on a summer day. I also love all of the old architecture here too with the old stables, main house, etc. It really feels like a different place when you step foot on property. LIke being transported through time almost. The music festival was awesome here. I think the lay of the land, the older buildings, and the beauty of the park really amplify the event and make it feel even better than other possible locations in the area. I will definitely be back to visit the park, and back for the music festival.

My original works are 5x7s and the 8x10s look great and the proofs of 11x14s as well. I was given some extra goodies as sample proofs. I also had note card sets made and amazing stickers with a foam core display. Barrett also customized the backs of my cards with a variation on my sticker designs that is super cool and took the time to brand my stickers with my business name. Buffalo Big Print will take the time to get it right and treat your art with respect. I'd recommend them to any artist looking for high quality ink jet prints of their artworks. Two notable differences from other potters: 1. The glazes include colors like I've not seen, bright and colorful and 2. The inclusion of slab formed mugs. The attention to detail is evident from the inside color of the mugs to the carefully formed handles. Note, there are many beautiful glazes that are not colorful as well, more traditional blues and earth tones. I bought a cheerful mug as a tribute to my late rescue Maltese. I will remember the happiness he brought me over 15 yrs when I have coffee every morning in my new favorite mug. The back half of the seating has been updated with modern reclining seats. With this, you get to experience the old theater in comfort. There's a small concession stand & I got the old standby pop & popcorn. I know they advertise a popcorn shop but didn't see anything other than the standard movie theater popcorn. One of the things I liked about the place is that they have alot of comfortable push-button controlled, heated reclining chairs and pleanty of room between the rows. There are also regular theater chairs which I can't comment on because I didn't try sitting in one. They offer the standard theater popcorn, pop and candy. For this showing they weren't offering any of their gourmet flavored popcorn but they must sell it during some movies. Nice place to go if you are looking for something different to do. Also, it's across the street from Vidler's Five and Dime, another place you should visit.
