The service technicians that came out were very unprofessional, rude, and didn't give an estimate on the service I requested. I was charged for an inspection that I didn't request and an estimate for a ceiling switch which I requested an estimate for motion lights on the outside of the property. Called reported my dissatisfaction with their service for the estimate person made no effort or concern to make it right. The person who booked appointment didn't inform me about a charge for the estimate that they do inspections with estimates. Use this company at your own risk and make sure you give detailed instructions or the technicians will do what they want to complete the ticket.
