That said, it was delicious, one of the best West African dough balls I've ever had. Nice subtle flavor and a really incredible silky, tender texture. The egusi had a very rich, deep flavor and a little kick of spiciness, though I found the texture slightly grainy. But I think I might have been mixing up egusi and ogbono in my memory, so I'll have to try ogbono and/or okra next time. As far as I know, this is the only Nigerian restaurant outside 465, and it's pretty convenient to the airport. I may well return on a future airport run!
