I bought the top of the line side by side at Kawasaki several years ago (The Farmer's edition for…read moreabout 19K). This past week I had a very long ordeal over several days in getting the tool for removing my tire with a special rim on it. I was having problems finding the tool in Harrison when the service department told me several places to go to get the part. Finally a gentlemen called me back and said he would solve the problem. However, I got the impression he had to go get the tool AFTER the service department was closed and I think he got the tool from a tool kit from one of the mechanics, which made the service man very unhappy. Bottom line..... it took a "salesman" from Clay Maxey to go up and beyond to solve the problem for me when the service department was just being annoyed with my six or seven calls to them. He knew that SERVING customers means repeat business. I currently own 4 ATVs and two side by sides and I replace them every year or so. I may have to stay with the other dealer in Harrison for future purchases, especially under the new ownership, since they "get" that servicing what they sell is really important. Ultimately the servicing manager DID get my tool but it was not delivered to Clay Maxey by the time I had my employer come pick it us at 5:35 PM. One final comment.....I don't want to get the salesman in trouble for taking the tool out of the mechanics toolbox!

I called D&S cycle , and Stan was willing to help. He told me up front that he didn't know if he could help me , but at least he was willing! I had my bike towed to his shop. He had the problem repaired in an hour. I was blown away by his work ethic and knowledge of motorcycles. If only there were more like him. I was told he has 40 plus years of experience working on bikes. I'm a Believer! Thank you, Stan.

The worst!! I had heard around town this guy was a really good mechanic. I went there twice. The…read morefirst time I needed to have a minor part replaced. I hadn't had the bike for very long so, I asked if he could give it a good a look over and see what work it might need to be done. He did the replacement and it did the trick, but it took him 3 months! He was unpleasant every time I called about it to. When I asked about the bike overall, he said everything looks fine. Admittedly, I immediately had the feeling and have harbored it ever since, he never actually bothered to check beyond the problem. Which is fine, people forget, just be honest with me. About 9 months on the road, and once again, it needed repair. I took it to him thinking he had some familiarity with it. Maybe he would be quicker? After a month of waiting, I called to ask about it. He was curt and dismissive. As well as every other time I called him or stopped in. Which was about it every 3-4 weeks for 6 months!! 6 months! Finally I demanded my bike back and it's just as bad as it was, if not worse than it was when I dropped it off. I'm hard pressed to come up with a way to make the experience worse. The only exception being that he didn't charge rent for keeping my bike for half the year. Not cool. The worst mechanic and customer service I have ever experienced. I'd give it zero stars and a turd emoji if I could.
