"Gringos beware" I took out $200 on 2nd floor with passport photo on phone and driving licence…read more They put your money on card and you can only spend on floor you have card ie red,black.....so you need different cards on each floor. On top floor head manager "Claudia" would not let me use card as I didn't have physical passport but 2 days ago they took $200 without passport. (They took photo with camera last time!!) This rule didn't apply to locals only foreigners....this is a blatantly designed to pissoff gringos to forget money they have on cards.....AVOID THIS SCAM.
