Even better they had prepared nice welcoming gifts for the girls and had a nice fruit & dessert tray set up for us when we came back to our room later in the day. There is a passport scavenger hunt for the kids & they were rewarded with stamps and treats from the cafe and special drinks from the restaurant bar. It was also a great way to explore the property and get stamps along the way. There is a small pool, 24 hr gym, and a spa on property. Loved the courtyard so much. It's so beautiful and perfect area to start your morning with a coffee or to unwind at the end of day with meal or drink. Staff and hostess at fifty mils went above & beyond for our family and was so sweet and attentive. They even brought out extra dessert and drinks for us on the house . The hotel is located in a great neighborhood. It's within walking distance of the chapultepec park & castle. Highly recommended! Would def stay here again when we return to cdmx.

I have a very clear and experienced benchmark for what constitutes a 5-star property. Let me be unequivocal: this hotel is not a 5-star. It is, in fact, the single worst accommodation I have experienced in years of constant travel. The service was an absolute masterclass in incompetence. The staff's laziness was breathtaking. My five separate requests for an iron, each met with an empty promise and no delivery, is a perfect symbol of their total disregard for guests. The room was appalling. Beyond the tatty, almost broken-down furniture, I found bugs. This is an unforgivable failure of basic hygiene. The bar was sticky and foul, and the food was so bad it was inedible. For anyone who values their time and money, avoid this place. It is a fraudulent claim on a luxury experience and a genuine blight on the hospitality industry. It doesn't deserve 1 star but yelp doesn't allow zero stars

There's tons of restaurants and shopping all around. There's a ton of coffee shops within a block. The person who cleaned our room was amazing. The location was amazing, right across from Parque México in such a beautiful neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby, including a lot of great vegan options. We loved ending the day with drinks from the little bar downstairs; the bartender was fantastic. They also had a small exercise room and a cute rooftop area to relax. You could literally spend days here with all of the information at your disposal. We came late in the day so sadly had to rush through a lot of it, but I absolutely loved it. Also some cute gardens and things to see on the outside (surrounding both sides) as well. The main waterfall fountain in the middle is also very cool and a great photo op. I'd absolutely recommend to make this apart of yoir CDMX trip.

We spent half a day there and were definitely speeding through by the end. Luckily, there is a restaurant on premises if you need to refuel. There were some really amazing pieces at the museum. The sun stone and the jade mask were two of the most impressive pieces there. The line for tickets was long because schools were out in Mexico City, but there may have been a way to buy through a self-service kiosk which I couldn't figure out.

It was available upon the request. This is an easy to use WhatsApp system. The Kingcole Bar serves breakfast but it also is a perfect spot for a very well-made nightcap or two. While I prefer a vodka martini with a twist. We were told that each Saint Regis has their very own Bloody Mary recipe per location worldwide. These are slightly adjusted recipes to reflect the locally sourced native ingredients. There's even a beautiful book on this that one can purchase called the Saint Regis Bloody Mary book which I would love to order for my husband and our ever growing culinary library. Our room was perfection and with its steam shower and rain shower head it was an event and mental reset each day after waking up. The bedding is wonderful and the pillows perfectly blended. I also very much enjoyed the sectional sofa we had in our room and would enjoy coffee they brought from here. If swimming and cardio is your thing, they got a place for that here as well on the 15th floor the top floor overlooking the entire city weight room on one side and cardio equipment on the other. The St. Regis Spa is a wonderful experience.my very talented massage therapist was named Dulce-Maria and did an amazing job. I was grateful to have a 45 minute bamboo deep tissue massage. She is powerful and healing at what she does. The staff then surprised me with a handwritten note and a beautifully curated chocolate fudge cake. So kind. It must be noted that the use of florals here never-ending and everywhere you go as their groupings are so beautifully curated. The jungle like atmosphere reminds you of an exclusive party that one's been invited to deep in the jungle by someone the likes of Lenny Kravitz!. It's a wild blended interior or great art, deep pulsing music and even the wallpaper the WC is excited to see you. The menu was expanse and very cool from local Mexican concepts as well as an entire Sushi rollout that makes a person feel everything. Well traveled and have access to nations.
