He already took note of our arrival and allowed us to check into our room so we can get a few hours of sleep before our Frida kahlo museum reservation later that morning. Even better they had prepared nice welcoming gifts for the girls and had a nice fruit & dessert tray set up for us when we came back to our room later in the day. There is a passport scavenger hunt for the kids & they were rewarded with stamps and treats from the cafe and special drinks from the restaurant bar. It was also a great way to explore the property and get stamps along the way. There is a small pool, 24 hr gym, and a spa on property. Loved the courtyard so much. It's so beautiful and perfect area to start your morning with a coffee or to unwind at the end of day with meal or drink. Staff and hostess at fifty mils went above & beyond for our family and was so sweet and attentive. They even brought out extra dessert and drinks for us on the house . The hotel is located in a great neighborhood. It's within walking distance of the chapultepec park & castle. Highly recommended! Would def stay here again when we return to cdmx.

As a Professional Traveler, This is the Worst I've Ever Seen…read more I spend roughly 250 nights a year in hotels. I have a very clear and experienced benchmark for what constitutes a 5-star property. Let me be unequivocal: this hotel is not a 5-star. It is, in fact, the single worst accommodation I have experienced in years of constant travel. The service was an absolute masterclass in incompetence. The staff's laziness was breathtaking. My five separate requests for an iron, each met with an empty promise and no delivery, is a perfect symbol of their total disregard for guests. The room was appalling. Beyond the tatty, almost broken-down furniture, I found bugs. This is an unforgivable failure of basic hygiene. The bar was sticky and foul, and the food was so bad it was inedible. For anyone who values their time and money, avoid this place. It is a fraudulent claim on a luxury experience and a genuine blight on the hospitality industry. It doesn't deserve 1 star but yelp doesn't allow zero stars

The rooms are small but it is an old hotel. There was nothing wrong with the room itself. They had a quiet area it's outside where you can read. The front is pretty big and a lot of people hang out there have a coffee and read. They had a really nice restaurant and inside the hotel and another on the side. They also had a really nice bar. There's tons of restaurants and shopping all around. There's a ton of coffee shops within a block. The person who cleaned our room was amazing. We overall had a great experience and would return just based on location

We stayed in one of the studio rooms, which was a great size for us. The room was very clean and thoughtfully set up with a full-size refrigerator, stove, a washer and dryer, and much more. Our stay included daily breakfast, which was continental style, great for grabbing a small pastry or fruit with coffee or juice before you head out for the day. The location was amazing, right across from Parque México in such a beautiful neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby, including a lot of great vegan options. We loved ending the day with drinks from the little bar downstairs; the bartender was fantastic. They also had a small exercise room and a cute rooftop area to relax. The whole staff was friendly and attentive, especially the doorman, who was always there, which made everything feel extra welcoming and safe. Would absolutely stay here again.

Enrique, who escorted us to our floor to our night Butler named Victor, who taught us how the Room worked. When you stay here, the butler assigned to you, will handle things like making a reservations, bringing one coffee, tea and even unpacking your luggage or pressing your clothes. It was available upon the request. This is an easy to use WhatsApp system. The Kingcole Bar serves breakfast but it also is a perfect spot for a very well-made nightcap or two. While I prefer a vodka martini with a twist. We were told that each Saint Regis has their very own Bloody Mary recipe per location worldwide. These are slightly adjusted recipes to reflect the locally sourced native ingredients. There's even a beautiful book on this that one can purchase called the Saint Regis Bloody Mary book which I would love to order for my husband and our ever growing culinary library. Our room was perfection and with its steam shower and rain shower head it was an event and mental reset each day after waking up. The bedding is wonderful and the pillows perfectly blended. I also very much enjoyed the sectional sofa we had in our room and would enjoy coffee they brought from here. Perfect for a reading spot on an email post within the room if you wanted a break from the desk set up. We loved it and it felt like home. If swimming and cardio is your thing, they got a place for that here as well on the 15th floor the top floor overlooking the entire city weight room on one side and cardio equipment on the other. The St. Regis Spa is a wonderful experience.my very talented massage therapist was named Dulce-Maria and did an amazing job. I was grateful to have a 45 minute bamboo deep tissue massage. She is powerful and healing at what she does. The staff then surprised me with a handwritten note and a beautifully curated chocolate fudge cake. So kind. It must be noted that the use of florals here never-ending and everywhere you go as their groupings are so beautifully curated. We appreciate this wonderful hard working staff who is amazing and took care of us with kindness in their eyes and with grace. We will call this home when we are back to St Regis next month. We were lucky enough to get a reservation at ANIMAL here at the St Regis and it is as wild of a menu as its name. Everything is oversized and wonderfully celebratory from the time one enters. The jungle like atmosphere reminds you of an exclusive party that one's been invited to deep in the jungle by someone the likes of Lenny Kravitz!. It's a wild blended interior or great art, deep pulsing music and even the wallpaper the WC is excited to see you. Leaning into its jungle theme, the plants cascade the windows and everything is large and oversized the chandeliers hang above you with 'mega strands of beads'. And like everything in Mexico City, there is a perfect use of brick, cement and beautifully crafted handcrafted wood. A Moulin Rouge like tenting surrounding the sushi bar and cocktail glasses larger than your face. The decor matches the tastes of this awesome menu. The menu was expanse and very cool from local Mexican concepts as well as an entire Sushi rollout that makes a person feel everything. Well traveled and have access to nations. I recommend the sushi, the spicy salmon, the Tacos De Hugos and a small key line dessert. The wines have their own presentation here with an attached glass bauble of an aerator and when one orders the white wine it's presented in a sup zero frozen wine glass complete with vapor. We will be back here and appreciated every surprise the servers shared with us for our anniversary. Thank you so so so much!

They have a unique mix of kitchens from traditional mexican to a sushi bar, but dont let the oddness of the cuisines deter you from trying the sushi! It was my favorite . While they did not have the omakase offering the day I went, I took the liberty of making my own tasting menu Highlights of the order were the oysters and the salmon and hamachi nigiris. The service was spectacular, in particular from Daniel, the best sushi chef, and Jorge, the studious waiter. All the staff did a fantastic job to ensure I had a nice experience. They even celebrated my birthday for me , which was a lovely touch considering I'm here for work I definitely plan to return on my next trip to CDMX
