We decided to go out for a meal at a restaurant, but takeout. I was going to get a burger, but I decided on a calzone. The calzone was like 8 euros and very big. My dad got a burger. It was like 20 euros altogether and that is a good price. The burger came with fries that were uniquely sliced in chunks. Very good fries. The interior is modern and fits the beach scene at Lake Garda. Cool spot near Lake Garda.

So fast-forward to 2024 and I finally got to visit Lake Garda in person. I never forgot the pizza I saw in the YouTube video and made a point of tracking down and eating at Pizzeria Geier in Torbole. It was everything I hoped for! It was the best pizza I ate during the whole trip, arriving fresh within minutes of ordering, and the view of Lake Garda a few meters away was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and kind. I went back a second night and had the caprese. Totally worth the stop and dream-like to eat at a restaurant I saw in video long ago :)

When our food arrived, we accidentally broke one of the wine glasses and glass shattered into our pizza and salad. The food was taken away and the glass removed from the table. When the waiter returned, he told us if we wanted a new order of pizza and salad, he would have to charge us twice ( new order and the food covered in glass).
