I had to go in because I had pain in my left Flank for a week and I didn't have a doctor down here…read more I went on their website site and pre-registered in the morning for an 10:45am appointment time which also lets you set up your information in MyChart for correspondence and test results. I would recommend doing this if you aren't already in the system. They were very helpful when I got there to check in, I only had to wait 20 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor checked me over and was very friendly and informative, he thought it might be a kidney problem and ordered a CT scan and referred me to a Urologist. They were able to set up a CT scan that same day at 2:00pm in the afternoon down at the Bonita Health Center. I arrived at 1:50 and they got me right in for the scan, and at 2:35 the results were already in MyChart and I was able to sign in and read the test report. I would highly recommend using this facility, the care and speed getting a CT and the results the same day was outstanding.

With a shortage of MDs in Florida, you may have to book an appointment well in advance. In the interim you can schedule with a physician's assistant, likely at a different location. (Lee Health has facilities throughout town.) Dr. Fraga is competent, proactive and thorough. She is easy to work with, and easy to talk to, quick to respond to messages sent on My Chart. Lee is part of the Epic System, with records accessible to Epic providers throughout the country. ( The network facilitates continuity of care and should be mandatory everywhere. Unfortunately, it's not.) I'd also like to give a shout-out to the on-premises lab. It's efficient and well run. Walk-ins welcome, frequently with minimal wait.

So I tried calling my ophthalmologist. The message said to leave a message or call the Dr. directly. I did both and nobody called me back. So I got up early today and tried the office again, even though I doubted they would be there. Next, the primary doctor. They had a service call but I decided to go to Lee Convenient Care instead. By the time i got there the other eye was just as red. Check in was a breeze and the friendly receptionist made me feel more relaxed. I was called in by the nurse literally 20 minutes after arriving. I explained my problem and another young woman did a Covid, Flu etc. swab in a jiffy. The nurse practitioner came in and was so kind and listened to want was bothering me. She wrote two scripts and hopefully that will get me feeling better. Kind, caring and total reassuring was my experience this morning at the convenient care. I didn't get into all the gritty details, but wanted to share my positive experience with you! Thank you Lee Convenient Care and happy Holidays!

When I search for a local urgent care this was the only one that was open at seven so I showed up there. I was met by Angelia who triaged us. I was taking care of by Angelia and Camilo that day and though I should've listen to their judgment about stitches for my son I decided against it but Angela and Camilo were right we should've went that way we didn't anyway I am pleased to say that my son has healed he still has a little bit of a scab and since that day I have called and emailed them several times. Every time I called or emailed I was greeted and treated like gold it is almost easy to believe that I was a VIP the way they treated me and my son Christopher. I did contact them several times to make sure I was doing things right and that this cut which was rather large and the pictures will be enclosed was healing properly and infection free. They did not charge me any additional money for all the calls I made and I made a couple of trips back they were so pleasant and so caring I need to scream to everybody this place is one of the best businesses and nicest people I have ever encountered in my entire life.So I want to give a shout out today to Angelia Camilo and Valerie who helped us to thank you so much and hopefully we will never have to visit again but if we do we will always choose you guys thank you so very much Elizabeth and Christopher!
