Always a pleasure going to Gaylord meds cafe! Josh was my bud tender & he knows me from visits in the past! He listens & helps apply discounts perfectly! Please remember to be kind! Why are folks complaining about less expensive bud on here? Some folks do not have a huge budget so please be mindful of this before leaving a crap review! Go work in a dispensary then! I know that this store is great! My favorite store is the one that I have no issues with & they help me EVERYTIME! How can I give them all the stars? Every person in this store is helpful! Love you guys! read more

Bullshit.. I call ahead to make sure I'll get the free gram of concrete. But when I get there I get nothing. I would not have went there if I knew it. To top it off I get home and two out of four grams I did buy have been stored on there side, now half the live is on the lid and threads. I called manager no help. read more

I absolutely love that the staff accommodates every request that I have had, including bringing my order out when I have my children in the car. When childcare is unavailable, errands sometimes becomes challenging and these guys remove the stigma of having children with you when getting your weed! Ha! Thanks for always being awesome. read more

This is my local shop. I have been doing business with them since their first week and have been impressed with every visit. I started with a medical card, but allowed that to expire after they added recreational use products, so I have been able to evaluate both sides of their offerings. Invariably, the staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair, with occasional great deals and the product has always been good quality. I have visited several shops in Michigan and I count myself very fortunate that my local shop is also the best I have bought from. Keep up the great work, Meds staff! read more

I took my mom to refill some prescriptions and get a new prescription. When I picked up the prescriptions, my mom didn't check them until we pulled away, but once she did she realized the new prescription was missing, and an expensive refill had been added to the order. The doctors office had forgotten to send the new prescription over, so we had to go back through the drive through to get it. We were thinking because we hadn't checked it before pulling away, they would never take the refill back, but we were wrong. Not only did they offer to fix the situation without our asking, they noticed that we had just been there and were so helpful. The refill would have been very expensive and she wasn't ready for it, or the hefty sum of money it would cost. The fact that this was noticed and fixed was so appreciated, it brought me to tears. They are the most professional, lovely, and kind human beings, and knowing that they are looking out for my mom's health gives me some peace of mind. I love this Walgreens!
