Personally I'm not a big fan of the edibles here, however I have enjoyed their flower. There were two people working there who were able to help patients. Which is okay at first but then they got a little bit of a rush and with some patients not knowing much about the products it seemed to cause a bit of a wait. I recommend pre ordering online so you can pick it up once your order is ready. That way if they are short-staffed you can get in and out quicker. It was pretty convenient to pull into the parking lot off of international Drive. Tips: They also have an ATM inside so if you don't have cash or can pay you can use that. If you download Canpay you can use it in most Florida dispensaries so you don't have to carry cash.

The attendant was pleasant and checkout was a breeze. Check out this location if you have the chance!

The gentleman at the counter said I must have ordered from the wrong store. He then offered a product that cost three as much. I went home that evening and was able to order what I originally requested. I returned to the Turkey lake location and spoke to the same person. He then told me they were just temporarily out, not that I had ordered from the wrong store. This is clear bait and switch. I was able to complete the purchase on the second visit for the correct item. I will send a copy of this letter to the Florida Canabis commission as well as posting this elsewhere. I doubt I am the only one that this has happened to. Incidentally I believe this was the store lead. Peter Orlando  508.292.1040 Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device Get Outlook for Android

We're visiting from out of town, and I came in about 30 minutes before closing to use my birthday discount along with the offer I already had. I confirmed ahead of time that stacking them was allowed, so there was no confusion on my end. The cashier who checked me out (Cashier #55197) was openly rude from the moment I stepped up to the counter. No greeting, no basic courtesy, no acknowledgment of anything -- not even a simple "Have a good night." Just attitude, silence, and my bag shoved across the counter like I was an inconvenience for walking in. This is a medical dispensary. Many of us come in managing anxiety, pain, or other conditions. His hostility was so intense that I actually started shaking and almost walked out without my order. The only reason I didn't was because I refused to abandon myself over someone else's bad attitude. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect professionalism and basic human decency. What I experienced was the opposite, and it absolutely needs to be addressed.

Getting to and from this location is probably my biggest qualm. It's a busy area and getting in and out of the parking lot takes some patients, some luck and definitely some pushiness. In my experience you will be waiting all day for someone to LET you out, you need to get yourself out. The lobby is smaller than some other locations but it is more than enough space in my experience. The staff is always friendly and gets you checked in quickly and the board to see your wait is clearly posted. I have never waited long in this location usually only waiting 5 minutes before they call me back. I always do my orders in app or on the site as it gives you great detail on the product and it takes away the pressure I feel to make a quick decision in person. I usually make a cart in the morning and then relook at it, make any adjustments and put in an order for the afternoon or early evening. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I just try to make my visit as quick as possible. Every Budtender I have ever had was great! The products are what you expect from Trulieve and you need to remember you get what you pay for. Luckily they are always having sales and offers, always make sure to check these out.
