I was looking for someone to help me change my thought process with hypnosis. I felt very at ease with meeting Jessica and letting her help change my subconscious negative feelings. What sets her apart from other healers is she gives you a plan of how to heal yourself. You always hear reiki healers offer life coaching, but you don't really know what that entails. Jessica gives you a step by step way to heal. She carefully tailors it to you. Jessica is very caring after sessions. If you have a question or situation come up in life she makes the time to answer you or give you direction on how to handle the situation. Her being my life coach for only 2 session has already change how I handle situations and my emotions. As for her reiki, what's different with her approach is that she makes you involved with the process. Like I said, I've gone on this holistic journey for many years and have been to different reiki healers and each one has a different touch, Jessica's touch is letting the client become involve in their own healing process in the beginning of her reiki session and puts you in ease if you never gotten reiki done on you before. Lastly, Jessica isn't just a life coach she makes you feel like a soul sister! She's rooting for you to be your best self.
