I saw Nora within the past year. I wanted to wait to post my review until I saw another medium, but I haven't had the chance to see someone else yet to compare.
My main goal was to see if an afterlife is real and if mediums are real. I honestly didn't have a great emotional need to connect with any of my deceased grandparents, I went mostly out of curiosity and the experience. I found Nora by searching the internet for Los Angeles Mediums after being a fan of Long Island Medium. I was very impressed by Nora's nearly all 5-star reviews, but I did notice a few people who weren't satisfied their experience and some of the reviews were from reviewers who only had one review or they only had a couple and always gave people 5 stars. Yes, this is my second review, but I'm doing it because I want to give an honest review.
I made the appointment over email and the only info I gave was my name, the type of reading (I chose Spirit Communication, Life Readings weren't available), my phone number (I gave my cell), whether I wanted a phone reading or in-person reading, and if I preferred a morning or afternoon appointment. I Googled my email, name, and cellphone number and there were no results that could've given Nora or her assistant any clues as to my identity and facts about my life. There were a lot of other people with my name who showed up on Google results and I didn't.
The first available appointment was 6.5 months from my first email, but I think I got an email or two a month before my reading saying they had an appointment open up and the first person to email could change their appointment. I didn't take these opportunities.
About 5 months or so before the reading I didn't have anything on my apartment wall, no pictures or anything. I printed out about 15 pictures of my deceased relatives and put them on my wall as well as 5 pieces of paper where I wrote down my memories of my grandparents that I wanted them to mention at the reading to validate whether the afterlife is real, that they're still watching me, and that mediums are real.
My last remaining grandparent (grandmother) died a few months before my reading and when she was about to die and I had a final phone call with her I was a mess and cried so I didn't get to say everything I wanted to say, but I texted my sister who was with her right after the call and I said to tell my grandmother that if there is an afterlife and I go to a psychic to say that I fixed her alarm clock multiple times.
Nora didn't mention this or any of the 40 or so items that were on the list on my wall.
Nora was a nice person, and although some of her messages could have pertained to me and my family, there really wasn't anything that was so unique that made me feel she connected to my 4 deceased grandparents. I do have to say that I don't feel that she is an intentional fraud, and when I asked if she could connect with someone I hadn't personally met but who was related to someone close to me she said it wasn't possible since there wasn't a 1:1 connection with me and the person. I did appreciate that she said that instead of making something up that I wanted to hear.
The cost was $160 for 50 minutes. I didn't feel like it was worth it.
I hate to give a negative review, but based on all of the positive reviews I have to give people an honest account of my experience. read more
