I received multiple quotes to replace our roof and gutters on our house. Our appointment was…read morescheduled and Adam came out a few days after my request for the consultation. Out of all the companies that did show up ( 4 out of 5), Adam was the only estimator who actually went up on our roof and walked it to see how everything looked. Because of this, Adam's timeliness on coming out as well as getting a professional and itemized quote submitted to us and the reasonable cost, we chose to have Ava install our project. The contract was signed and job was scheduled within a week! The crew protected our house and did a great job stripping and installing new plywood, removed an old electrical service pipe that was no longer needed and reshingled our house in one day. They cleaned up the yard and left everything in great condition, which with our yard being wet and muddy, was a big hurdle! The gutter installers came a few days later and had our new gutters up in a few hours. They had their work cut out for them because it rained a great deal the days before so they were fighting mud as well. My house looks amazing with all of the improvements that Ava performed for us! I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

Unfortunately, I spent $30k for a new roof, including new sheeting, only to discover that they…read morewould use a really poor subcontractor to execute. Ava had to come back to fix the issues we (as homeowners) uncovered, like: -used finishing nails instead of roofing nails in high wind areas -not tarring over exposed nails -had rippling of shingles in the back of the house -ridge vent didn't get added to the full roof -broke a beam and originally used a 2x4 on one side, didn't even notify me that this happened. -didn't cut soffits where they were supposed to -put feet through our ceiling in 2 areas and I discovered it on my own They fixed all these things properly and quickly, but only after I called to explain the same sub contractors they sent back originally, didn't do a good job fixing some of them. So then I asked for their actual internal installers to come out and fix. When they did that (sent Billy), the craftsmanship was much better. Now, 4 months after installation, my brand new bathroom vents are blowing air back in and not as strong anymore. We discover it's because of the way they installed the the roof vents. The grates are pushing up against the opening so they can't open fully. I'm beyond frustrated that poor installation caused all these issues to appear! Although Ava has come out each time, if I was an uneducated home owner, I would not necessarily be able to find these issues and push to get them fixed. If you choose to use them, make sure it's not a subcontractor doing the work and that they are using their internal team.

Not only did they do a fantastic job, they found an excellent company who removed and re-installed our 22 solar panels before the work was done and after the roof work. The work was done at a price point of about $16,700, which was less than half of what W C Rott quoted. Steve Eglin was absolutely incredible. Our roof looks terrific and is expected to hold up for decades. I recommend these guys highly. There is no reason to find any other company to do your roofing work if Aerial is available to do it for you.

We loved working with T-Brothers. After numerous recommendations, both crowdsourced as well as…read morepersonal referrals, we contracted with them to complete a kitchen remodel in our home. Despite many frustrations and challenges working with the kitchen cabinet sales and design center, our experience working with Dan, Vadim and the crews at T-Brothers was exceedingly positive. As with any work project in your home, having contractors that you can trust and feel comfortable with in your private space is paramount, and they were wonderful and easy to have around everyday for weeks. They took the time to work with us on the details, large and small, and this really ensured that the outcome was what we wanted. Additionally, they were very accommodating of our desire to take on parts of the work (demo, painting, wiring, etc.) to offset some of the costs for the project. The skill level and craftsmanship of all the workers was exceptional, and the proof is in the quality of the finished product, which we're thrilled with. We would absolutely work with them again!

First of all, since my initial post we had Fiddler replace our garage roof. $2000 and maybe an afternoon? Bam. You'd never have known they were there except that the new roof was lovely. Second, last year we'd been experiencing a critter home invasion - well, not really, but we had raccoons living in our soffits (I think that is what they're called). There were a couple holes made and John and another guy came by within a day or so and got them sealed up again (no raccoons were harmed!) at NO CHARGE. This is not the first time they've done "small" favors just gratis. I mean. Anyway, when the time comes we will absolutely have Fiddler roofing the house. And I tell anyone I know who mentions needing roofing. John, thank you and your staff for being truly wonderful businesspeople.
