The technician they sent was incredibly nice, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain what he was finding, answer all of our questions, and share helpful information about our home's plumbing. He was excellent at troubleshooting and methodically tracked down the source of the leak. He not only found the problem, but was able to repair it for us on the spot. If you suspect you have a leak, I would definitely recommend calling Dan's Plumbing before going straight to a specialized leak-detection company. The front office was also fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and kept us updated with text messages throughout the process, which made everything so easy. It's rare to find a company that combines great service, expertise, responsiveness, and genuinely good people. We had such a great experience with Dan's Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend!

Dan called me back immediately on his day off, and talked me through the options. Tonya, who is an excellent communicator, rearranged the schedule, and a spanky Bradford White was delivered, which should last a good long time. Josh installed the tank-- he was so nice, patient, extremely knowledgable, and meticulous, correcting issues from a former installer. Dan also walked the property to assess high water pressure, fixed a toilet, and was wonderful to work with. There's no comparison how professional this job is compared to the former installation. Best experience possible. Great guys, superior work. Highly recommend, and I'm so happy to have found this resource for all future plumbing needs.

I especially appreciated mentioning filing a permit with the city- I hadn't even thought about that and not everyone who came to bid mentioned it! Don't want surprises and love a well thought out & important improvement location consideration. I didn't get a copy of the bid and have been stuck in an AI auto answer scenario. Can't get a human. Frustrated as this was who we preferred. So many companies are using AI - in answering questions and booking-without catching the ways it frustrates their customers will be the demise of some project bids. I was a little bummed in that I kept explicitly explaining they will need to BORE thru SIP panels. I am a neat freak, so Yea, I want the work to be done smooth and clean and not hacking away at foam. Which later they were telling me about that Feat as if I hadn't explained that point over and over and saying you might need a special tool. They admitted they didn't understand the point in tellinng them I had SIPs where they were going through. Supposedly they have sealed that up properly. I would trust so, but I don't think I can verify it exactly. Anyway, the HVAC people were happy. But now I need to patch drywall holes and repair Stucco in a finished house.

It was a straight swap of one gas tank water heater for another. That seems outrageous but their quote was in the ballpark with other well like plumbing outfits in the area. Seems all gouge for this type of straightforward work. EDIT: I see Bellows replied to my review. All I have to say is I've had many water heaters replaced over the decades and 2.5 hours to replace an existing gas water heater with an msrp of $923 should not cost $3600.
