We also went to the little bakery inside and got a giant long bread that tasted like absolute heaven!! Crisp crust; soft-as-a-cloud inside; baked perfectly!! We also picked up a spinach and cheese empanada and a chicken empanada: delicious! The folks that worked there were very nice and helpful and greeted us upon entry!

We ordered four empanadas, a coffee, and an orange juice. We were charged over $40 because they mistakenly billed us for eight empanadas instead of four. We went back to the counter, and they corrected the mistake. I assumed it was simply an honest error. On Wednesday I went back to buy some products: chorizos, bread, chimichurri, and milanesas. When I arrived home, I realized that the bread and milanesas had not been given to me. I called the store, and the cashier confirmed that the items had indeed been left there. We agreed that I would stop by the next day to pick them up. This morning I stopped by on my way to work. The products had been set aside and they did give them to me, which I appreciate. However, when I mentioned that I would have preferred a refund for the items that were not given to me the day before, the person who assisted me -- one of the owners or managers -- reacted in an incredibly rude way. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he blamed me for "forgetting" the items at the counter and started arguing over something as trivial as two loaves of bread and three milanesas that never left the store the day before. Even when I suggested he check the cameras to confirm that the items were never handed to me, he continued insisting that it was my fault. The money itself is irrelevant. What is truly concerning is the attitude. When the owner or manager treats a customer this way, it becomes clear that customer service is simply not a priority. There are plenty of places where you can buy similar products without being treated this way. I certainly will not be returning.

USBC to C cords for the rental, OJ, bottled water, potato chips, dip, bread, Lunchables, etc. I had planned to go to Dollar Tree to see if they had pool noodles, but we decided to check since we were there. After being pointed in several different directions by employees, we found them out in the home and garden area with the Christmas decor. They were on clearance and marked down to 25 cents each. We scanned them in the Walmart app with our phone to confirm. We get to the register, and noodles are ringing up as 50 cents each. They're still inexpensive, but that's not what they were marked as and not what it said when we scanned them with our phone. We aren't from Florida and aren't fluent Spanish speakers, so that became an issue as well. I sent my husband next door to the Walmart Liquor store while I straightened this out. Eventually, the cashier scanned the noodle with her phone in the app and made the price adjustment just before her manager showed up. By then, he wasn't needed. I leave the store and walk over the liquor store with my cart to see my husband going back and forth with that clerk. Same issue! Remy 1738 marked as $54.47 on the shelf behind the counter and ringing up as $62.93. Clerk is arguing that what it rings up as is the price, even though the price tag on the shelf says something completely different. Pay attention folks! I get the keys, take our groceries to the car, load them up and drive over to where my husband is. The same manager emerges from the liquor store and heads back to the main store. My husband emerges just after him. One manager on duty is crazy work! LOL The price was adjusted to match what the price tag showed. Walmart will scam you if you aren't paying attention.

I like coming to Aldi's. This is one of my favorite grocery stores out of a select few. When I get…read moreinto the parking lot, I get all my gadgets ready to shop. I grab my shopping list, reading glasses, insulated cooler bags, my large, medium, and small cloth grocery bags, my gloves, face mask, and alcohol wipes/sanitizer. Then I go get my grocery cart. I love putting a quarter in the quarter slot to retrieve a cart. It's like putting a quarter in one of those kiddie rides, that used to be in front of the grocery stores. You put the quarter in, and your child sits back, and enjoys the ride. Well, when I put my quarter in, my cart detaches from the other carts, leaves the starting gate, and begins It's journey through the store, with me in tow (Lol!!) As I enter the store, I notice that this Aldi's is a much larger grocery store, compared to the ones I used to shop at in California. The produce, and meat department here is much larger in comparison, and the variety is vast. Shopping at Aldi's (for me) is always exciting. They have new, and different varieties of food, and non food items that you wouldn't normally find in your everyday grocery store. When I'm here, I feel like a kid in a candy store. I can't wait to turn the corner to see what I'll find next. My everyday go-to favorites are their plump, and meaty (bone in) ribs, bacon wrapped filet-minon, and their excellent selections of breads, cheese, soups, and spices. Some of my new found favorites are their adjustable bed food trays, steel BBQ cooking utensils, kitty scratch-bed, and their plug-in illuminated letter boards. The prices here are so reasonable, you might be tempted to seriously stock up. It's easy to see how one could become addicted to this store. There is something great around every corner. Including a nice, knowledgeable associate working on every-other aisle (I really love it). From their parking lot, to the inside of the store. It is a very clean, inviting, and friendly place to shop.
