It's usually added to the price making the service call cost more. Since my battery wasn't going to be until the next day I had time to receive another estimate from a local locksmith that was more in line with my budget. However I would still recommend this Company just by thier courteous and professional contact and willingness to go out of thier way to help me ASAP... That's great Customer Service and hard to find nowdays.

I hired Bisbee Plumbing LLC while preparing my house for sale after a home inspection requested…read morethat I flush the water heater and replace one faulty flush valve in the guest bathroom toilet. I decided to replace both flush valves so the new homeowner would have updated parts under warranty. The guest bathroom repair was done correctly, but the master bathroom toilet -- which had absolutely no issues before -- started leaking after they replaced the flush valve. The leak came from the tank bolts underneath the toilet and ended up damaging a shelving unit in my bathroom. To be fair, Salvador, Emmanuel, and Crystal were all polite and professional throughout this process. The company also corrected the water heater valve issue quickly after it leaked overnight following the flush. However, the toilet leak has still not been resolved after multiple return visits, including tightening the bolts and replacing the gasket. I even had to miss work waiting for additional service appointments. Now I'm being told I may need to replace the entire toilet for a problem that did not exist before the work was performed. I'm already paying nearly $200 out of pocket for a new toilet, and they still want to charge me another $175 for installation on top of the original approximately $500 bill and the damage caused to my furniture. I understand mistakes happen, but this has turned into an expensive and frustrating situation for something that originally was not broken.

The owner Manny Montano…read moreappeared to be a true professional right from the start & even though his price came in 2nd to cheapest, we decided to go with him by instinct alone. He gave us a color chart to help choose the color we wanted when he came to estimate, in which no other business did that & that to me, was a big star for them. He told us it would be about a 3 day job and that's what it took too. The paint job was exceptional & done very professional! The 2 men paint crew were awesome guys! There were a few times that I spotted a minor overlooked flaw, but they fixed it right away. We are very pleased with the new look of our house and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a painter.

After seeing 80 or so positive, 5 star reviews for Conklin Electrical on Google, I had high hopes…read more Todd Conklin is an incredibly charismatic fellow. Our relationship started out fine. Todd was very prompt in returning calls and gave me an affordable quote. However, all that changed very fast when I questioned the validity of his work. I believed that it did not meet National Electrical Code standards (NEC). Mr. Conklin was pressuring me to pay him immediately, however I wanted a third party to examine his work first and consider my concerns. A county inspector had issued a green tag - indicating the work was acceptable. Unfortunately, the inspector did not see all of Conklin's work since it was ongoing. I called the county and ask them to come out and re-inspect the work before it was connected to the SSVEC's power system. There was not an inspector available immediately to come out, so a county official called Mr. Conklin and asked him - what the problem was. (Mr. Fox, how are things in the hen house?) Of course, Mr. Conklin called me back and was quite irate. After some discussion he offered to "rip out" a device that lacked a critical component to make it code compliant. I agreed on the condition it was removed and not ripped ;-) The remainder of the installation seemed to be going to plan. After utilities were hooked up, I flipped on a few light switches in the house and saw that the refrigerator was running. I went out and paid Mr. Conklin. A few hours later when I turned on the lights in other rooms, the bulbs blew. I went to plug in a power strip to my computer and it popped and smoked before the prongs could be inserted all the way into the receptacle. Feeling suspicious, I checked the voltage of a number of outlets and discovered it was roughly twice what it should have been. Long story short, two of three supply wires to the house were swapped (likely accidentally). Mr. Conklin refused to admit to any errors or wrongdoing. I brought my case before the Cochise County small claims court. It was presented before an arbitrator to keep court expenses low. The arbitrator ruled in my favor. Mr. Conklin appealed. The case was presented before a judge. The judge ALSO ruled in my favor. The case may not be appealed. To this day, Mr. Conklin has not complied with the judge's decision.
