Now I'm surprised this restaurant is not more popular as it's location is superb, the view is directly across from a cathedral, and the ambiance is nice. The waiters were also very nice and accommodating. Another great thing is that to our surprise they also had a gluten-free options. I'm not just talking about options that are naturally gluten-free but they had gluten-free burger buns (and they tasted great)! Our waitress was very accommodating and allowed for many substitutions and was patient. Their food was superb and we tried their burgers, salads, and the Wienerschnitzel.

No one style of BBQ will ever be above the other, overall. Each bring their own flavor to the table. That said, what I ate at the BBQ Connection was nothing short of amazing. The brisket with the baked beans and the macaroni and cheese... just the best I've had in a long, long time; and for this to be in Europe, is a gift. I have a few favorite places to eat in Germany. Yet for real American-made BBQ (literally, because Mr. Jamar is from the state of Georgia), I will only go there. One more thing. My lovely wife had the bacon cheeseburger and cut me a third of it. A very good burger with fresh ground beef, which was a very thick helping of awesome, by the way.
