I been fortunate to work with Damian several times, "December 16", a promo for MMA fighter Anthony Formoso, a trailer for the "1st Annual Long Beach Filipino Festival" and more. Damian is very professional, collaborative, trustworthy and effective in his overall vision. He is always giving and pushing you to your best while making it safe and enjoyable. In addition, a wealth of knowledge of movies, framing, lighting and music making him a student of Cinema. Outside the film set, the folks of 4th Street are laid back and quite welcoming. To me, that is Long Beach California culture. I am excited in their upcoming projects!

The owners have a clear appreciation for local art and culture which is reflected throughout the space. There's a perfect blend of socializing in the common areas, yet quiet in the work area (imperative if you're as easily distracted as I am). Perks -- free coffee, chill but professional people, natural light, amazing views (especially at sunset), great central Downtown location, several conference room hours included with all monthly plans (and if there's no one renting it, they'll occasional let you use it for free -- ex: for a phone call/video conference). Definitely a good spot to get work done outside of the house. And at this price point, it's practically a steal.

I started with them and I have not been able to pick out a desk or use the office once. I started with them on June of 2019. The company charged me for several months and did not inform me I needed to pick a desk or I would need a key to use the facilities. I found out I needed that in July after I had already paid for June. I asked them to put my membership on hold until I could come in and pick a desk and get a key and they still charged me. They are all about money and not providing a great service experience or any experience at all. I talked with the owner about getting a key He said he would call me back but her never did. Check for a workspace elsewhere because they don't provide any real services and thy may not be a real company. I believe they are a shell company without any spaces available from my interactions with them. Either that or everything is already rented out and they can't provide me with a desk. I have rented and office before and I was informed of everything and I actually was able to use the office when I wanted. I now regret moving from where I was before and coming to this company so I could be closer to my home.

THUNDER! THUNDERRRR!…read moreTHUNDER STUDIOS! HoooOoOooOoAhhh! *Thundercats reference voice* In the straight up border of Long Beach and Carson lies the multi-media venue studio itself: Thunder Studios! This is basically a HUGE movie/TV studio with all of the technical tools for any filming production company to be creative with whatever products they are making. I've been here more than once mainly because I work in the wrestling business/industry & have seen some of my co-workers put on some of the best damn shows on here thanks to MLW Major League Wrestling. This place is very very spacious for seating and standing room occupancy. They also have a bar, food area and spots for various meet and greets, signing, picture ops, etc.. Restrooms are clean as much as the staff can handle during shows. The sound here is NICE because duhhh! It's a freakin' entertainment filming studio! So it's some awesome quality shit! My ONLY reason for me to -1 star is as a fan....I don't like they charge around $30 just to park inside. That's so damn ridiculous. It isn't even in a high traffic area with a bunch of trendy spots around like Downtown L.A. or Hollywood, so wtf? Many are stuck having to park outside of this venue where some have gotten their catalytic converters stolen and/or their vehicles broken into or even stolen because it's in a semi-sketchy part of the Long Beach/Carson border. Aside from that 1 negative, Thunder Studios is a pretty damn cool venue and all-around entertainment hub of fun, creativity, production, etc. I've been able to hang out with my sport, MMA, wrestling and entertainment biz homies from Matt Riddle, to actor Paul Walter Hauser, Ice Cube's son O'Shea Jackson Jr. and some of my TMZ peoples at this venue.

From the very beginning, Ryan and his entire team were professional, responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with. They made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and truly cared about making sure every special moment of our wedding day was captured perfectly. On the wedding day, they brought a full team of photographers and videographers, along with drone coverage that captured stunning aerial views of the venue and the beautiful surroundings. Their attention to detail, creativity, and ability to capture both the big moments and all of the little candid moments in between were truly impressive. The photo booth was also a huge hit with our guests. Everyone loved being able to take fun pictures and instantly access them by scanning a QR code, and it created so many memories for our family and friends to enjoy. The quality of the photos was amazing, and it was such a great addition to the celebration. We have received a few preview photos so far, and we are already blown away by the quality. The images are absolutely stunning, and they captured the emotions, energy, and joy of our wedding day perfectly. We have received so many compliments from our family and friends about how amazing the photos look. What stood out the most was the professionalism and positive attitude of everyone on the Corcino Productions team. They arrived prepared, worked seamlessly with our other vendors, and helped keep everything running smoothly while making us feel relaxed and able to enjoy our special day. Choosing a wedding photography and videography company is one of the most important decisions you make when planning a wedding, and we are so grateful that we chose Corcino Productions.
