If you like window shopping, just looking at cool objects and dreaming of your perfect house while letting out a heavy sigh, knowing these things are just beyond your budget...come spend a while at Mafrans! The employees are very polite and many speak English, although they will admit that they don't speak it very well. But when one comes from Miami, it's all LIES! Their English is better than many I know who've been in the States for 20+ years. Anyways, not knowing the lay of the land very well, I was directed to come here for hair clippers and blenders and paid a pretty penny for them. If you're looking for appliances, try Blokker on the Bond, they're much cheaper.

Depending on the item purchased only a little more than an online store and you get the personal service and advice. Blokker (mentioned by another reviewer) is another level entirely. Much lower quality products on the whole - for electricals definitely Mafrans.
