I was told that they would prepare a letter, that I should have it stamped by customs and sent for the refund. I did this and in addition sent an email with a picture of the customs stamped form. I have sent almost weekly emails asking for the promised refund, and have not heard from them in months. I cannot recommend an establishment that lies to the customer. I will explore other avenues to try and get my duly owed refund. Buyer beware!

So I said, "Fine, you know what? I don't want to try them anymore." And she said "FINE" and followed me out to make sure I left. PSYCHO. Their frames didn't even feel well-made, so I'm not sure why she was so anal about them. Then I went across the street to Hoet and spent $900 on a new pair of glasses. My only complaint are the hours of operation. They closed at 6:30pm every night we were there. I would have loved to come after dinner, but that just wasn't an option.
