101 had agreed to replace our front door to make wheelchair accessible for my son . My sons SSA…read morethru Lake Cty Board of DD and myself had tried multiple times to contact the manager John. For 6 months we were told the door had been ordered and then not ordered and then ordered again. My son's SSA had 1 correspondence with John and 0 with me in all those months. John was always out of office, on the phone, or on vacation and would t return calls or emails. I have call logs and emails for myself and my son's SSA. I even an email from April 4th stating the door was ordered.There is no communication when dealing with 101. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and the next day 101 said they wouldn't complete the jobs because I was rude to Brianna (the office girl). Never once was I disrespectful, rude, yelled, or cussed her out. I did ask Briana if they had a corporate office and she stated yes, but didn't know their information to give to me so I could call. Check out the other review from someone else on BBB website as there was no communication with John who is the manager. 101 lacks professionalism and communication. Keep logs of all calls and emails if you decide to try and do business them. Hopefully this review will make people think twice, and find a more reputable company to help their loved ones.

The wheelchair…read morehad been sanitized and Marsha was very patient explaining how the attachments work and getting us setup with the leg attachments best suited for our purposes. They were also very flexible when we needed to extend our rental several times. They have a great selection of other mobility aids as well: canes, scooters, walkers, etc. I highly recommend checking this place out for any mobility needs. Also, the hours can vary so I suggest calling first to make sure they're open.
